Stayed here for just one night to visit and see the West Lake. Walkable distance to one of the entrances of the west lake. Keep in mind the room we had stayed in/selected had no view. Cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful.

Loved my stay here, hotel was super clean and modern. Facilities were great. Staff were also friendly and helpful. Its easy to get around everywhere and the location is very convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby and can easily cycle to West Lake. Would stay again if I went back to Hangzhou!

We love this location of the hotel. It’s super convenient surrounding by shopping malls and restaurants. Walking distance to the Xihu lake which is the highlight of the trip. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good but less variety for westerners. Bed and pillows were super comfortable we slept in 10 hours a night! 😬

We all loved the hotel and location and agreed this is the best hotel for our whole trip from Beijing, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Shanghai. Everything is perfect for us for 5pax being first time visit Hangzhou as we booked 3 rooms for 3 nights from 13Dec to 16Dec, is clean and spacious enough for us. Hefang Street is only walking distance from hotel and the subway is also about 5-8mins away and kids enjoy with food and snacks to buy back. They also missed the 深夜粥到 provided by hotel for guests, my kids went almost every night to enjoy😍. The best part I loved and appreciate very much is the staff help us keep the laundry for us after wash and dryer done especially when we back late and out early. Very helpful staff and will hghly recommend to friends who plan visit Hangzhou.
