The house is located in the higher part of "la Cala del Moral". The center and the beach can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a bathroom, double bed 160x200 cm, with a wonderful sea view. There is also a guest room (double bed 140x200cm) and a separate bathroom on the first floor. In the basement there is a guest toilet, the large terrace with a breathtaking view, a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee maker. There is also a fireplace for those few cold days in winter. A staircase outside from the upper terrace leads to the lower apartment. Small but nice with a double bed 140x200, bathroom, living room with a small opportunity to cook (stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and microwave). The sunny terrace invites you to linger. Both apartments have Wifi and satellite TV (German-Spanish) The use of a community pool (salt water) is permitted between May and October. Access for guests is from Calle Bequer (staircase) to the left of the car parks. We recommend our guests a car or motorbike. . The property is not handicapped accessible. The walk back to the property from town and beach is steep and takes less than 15 minutes.

The apartment is on the lower level and does not need air conditioning in summer or heat in winter. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a free standing one in the living room. The property is located in Serramar, above the coastal town of La Cala del Moral. The accommodation is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is rented for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 180 days for longer stays. Guests should have a car or motorcycle. Without their own means of transport, guests have to be fit without mobility problems to walk up and down the coastal road. The property is not wheelchair accessible. Private access is via an internal spiral staircase from the street to the apartment. The walk back to the property from town and beach is steep and takes less than 15 minutes.
