PPengguna TetamuWe cannot say enough good things about this property and the people that run it. So welcoming, so clean- the food was amazing- fresh and delicious. They always had food for us and we were never hungry. The noodles and the lamb and the fried rice and the wontons- better than I’ve had in Shanghai. They went out of their way to get us shrimp to boil. I don’t have pictures of all the food because it was so good and we ate it all. We did arts and crafts like candle making and making mooncakes for the holiday. They had a play room and a sandbox and the pool with toys in it. They even drove us to the clinic to check on my son’s stitches. We were very impressed and will definitely be back.

PPengguna TetamuGood for taking beautiful photos for the social media but rather poor user experience. Aesthetics of this place are good, some corners are really charming. Still it is the comfort that we value the most in a hotel as well as the quality service and unfortunately they are not at the same level of the aesthetics. The room is huge but there is no sofa or chairs to sit and chat comfortably, just the two enormous heavy armchairs in the opposite corners of this long room. No mini bar/fridge, very poor lighting at the wash basin, impossible to do makeup. Zero privacy in the wc and shower since there are no actual doors there, just some short saloon style doors hanging in the middle, letting out the water from the shower and odors from the toilet. No hangers for the towels. No bathrobes provided which is strange for the hotel who’s main entertainment facility is the outdoor pool. At the outdoor pool there are very few deck chairs and no umbrellas at all. The communication was poor, mostly over wechat, since the staff speaks basically no English. We have asked twice, in advance, about the vegetarian option for breakfast and still they brought us meat in the breakfast set (only Chinese style food is available). Altogether the experience was rather disappointing. Glad to have booked just one night there. As for the surroundings, there is no access to the bamboo forest behind the hotel or across the road. And beware of the aggressive unleashed dogs in the village across the road if you decide to go for a stroll near the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuAn outskirt paradise on the hill. Good for hiking or treking. Impressed by the Italian designed lobby. We were well received by the house keeper Teddy. We were honor to be attended by the owner Ernest Guan who make all guests feel at home. Ever obliging and “Take your time”is his slogan . The western meal is acceptable and the Chinese meal is excellent. We eventually extended our stay to join the night party with many foreigners. Thanks Ernest to his extra “wood”for comforting us through those chilling nights party.

If you’re looking for a place to retreat, relax, read, swim, and eat delicious food, you can’t find a better place! I can also recommend it for work retreats, as they have a beautiful large room in the garden that you can use for meetings or workshops. The hotel is beautiful, inside and outside (rooms, lobby, garden, garden room, etc), with wonderful cozy spaces that are decorated with great attention to details. Everything is super clean and of great quality, including the strong showers and soft beds. The swimming pool is stunningly beautiful, with various places to sit around it. The food is delicious, both breakfast and dinner! We are both foodies and were amazed by the freshness, tastes, and varieties of the food. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating thinkable. They truly made our stay to an unforgettable experience. I’ve traveled a lot in China over the last 10 years, and this hotel is the absolute favorite I’ve stayed at.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama這次和朋友一起出遊選的這家酒店，體驗感直接拉滿！整體超出預期，不管是環境、服務還是設施都挑不出毛病。房間乾淨整潔，床品軟乎乎的，睡起來特別舒服，設施也都很新，用起來很順手。前台服務態度超nice，辦理入住退房都很快，有什麼問題也能及時響應。周邊環境安靜不吵，和朋友住得很安心，性價比很高，下次來這邊玩還會選這裏，也推薦給來這邊玩的朋友！

PPengguna Tetamu安吉的酒店民宿密密麻麻，去之前真的是選擇困難，但是對比了很多，在網上看中了這家的拂嵐房型，應該是整個名宿的最高層。房門打開的那個瞬間，和老公開心得讚不絕口，綠竹掩映，三面大落地玻璃！簡直是逃離城市放鬆的不二之選！ 前台幾個小哥哥小姐姐非常nice，從入住之前就建了服務羣，幫忙拿行李，指揮停車，貼心周到！大大點贊！就是房間樓層沒有電梯，每次突然想要點什麼怪不好意思讓他們爬樓送的。 屋內有馬歇爾音響等設施，連上藍牙打開療愈音樂，泡個温泉太解乏了！ 美中不足想提幾點建議。1.浴室可以配兩塊地墊，一塊是温泉區域，一塊是淋浴間。從温泉出來到處都是水也挺滑的。2.浴室的漏水不是很通暢，洗時間長水會漫出來。3.這個房價，這個環境，如果能給房間配個咖啡機和咖啡杯等就更好的，早晨起來在房間或者露台喝個咖啡會方便很多，不用每次都去樓下麻煩前台做。4.早餐希望再豐盛一點，多一點熱乎乎的東西可以選. 總之，此次週末之行很滿意！下次還會來！

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .

XXicoVery nice place in the middle of the mountains, but the service and amenities are a little bit disappointing. The breakfast doesn’t change one single day, everyday the same! The restaurant we tried one time and it was a terrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone to have a meal there. The room was nice with few things missing, specially a small refrigerator.

MMissBee2023Tucked up a mountain, perfect if you don’t want to venture too far out. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating- cooking food for us when we arrived, ordering in drinks, arranging cars to head into town. The rooms are a little rough around the edges - they could do with a thorough repaint perhaps, but they were clean enough. Great communal area to socialise with friends and great food too

PPengguna TetamuBooked this room expecting a bathtub, but the staff said the bathroom photo is auto-uploaded by the system and the actual room has no shower. And that's it, which is not the level of service I would expect for 1300+ CNY/night. No bathrug for the bathroom. Some water stains on the table left behind by previous tenant. No lighting outside our door at night. Sound insulation is bad. Although it's called a hotel, this is actually a 民宿. The staff on the day I checked in didn't say anything about breakfast. If I hadn't remembered the next day I guess I wouldn't have gotten anything. The staff on duty the day I checked out was better, he helped pack breakfast and also texted to remind me about snacks I forgot in the room. Location is very good, convenient if you go out of town or end up on the other side and want to take a didi back. Near the parking lot, so minimal walking. The decor is not bad, although the courtyard is a little plain. But I wouldn't come here again, especially bro during a holiday weekend. You can get better value elsewhere.
