If you are looking at Convenient & spacious room. This is it! Not service or luxury. Location is very close to XMD. Room is spacious. Have a self service coin laundry room, however closes at 10pm and only opens at 10am. The hotel should consider to change the operational timing. Super inconvenient as most tourist will be out for tour at those timing. Seem like they just have the service but not usual able. During check-out, front staff was super busy among themselves. Room is spacious, cleanliness is average. When I checked in my room, there was a patch of gluey,sticky liquid in the carpet near the sofa. Floor curtains and carpets are worn off and dirty especially at the corridor. Overall, stay was good as the location is good, near to train station. Another point, just to take note, if you are travelling by train to the hotel, exit via EXIT4, there’s lift and escalator which is easier if you have stroller or luggage. Is the same distance to the hotel via exit 5 which only have stairs to climb up.

Hotel besar, banyak bilik, bersih  Bilik tidak mempunyai tingkap, menyebabkan cahaya tidak keluar pada waktu pagi.  Sekitar penginapan bersama rakan-rakan Tiada bunyi, senyap. Daftar masuk adalah pada pukul 3 petang. (Daftar masuk sendiri di kaunter penerimaan tetamu) Kalau nak masuk bilik dulu, kena bayar NT$200.  Secara keseluruhan, berehat dengan selesa.

The hotel was very close to Ximending Exit 3 thus making it convenient to use the metro throughout my travel. The room was clean with sufficient amenities such as toothbrush, bottle water, coffee and tea. The shower area was very wide which I totally like. Check in and check out was a breeze.

We stayed at this hotel for our quarantine stay (3+4). This hotel was the highest priced quarantine hotel in Taipei. As Taiwan is moving away from quarantine, it is unclear whether this hotel will remain a quarantine hotel. Provided meals: Three meals were provided. I believe they rotated it somewhat. I would give them 4 stars overall. They were of mid-to-high end quality, but certainly not Michelin star or 5-star hotel restaurant's quality. That is, I had much better at The Regent or The Sheraton Taipei. That said, there was a microwave in the room for one to heat up the meals to a warmer setting as the meals were prepared in bulk at the lobby. They were lukewarm when the meals arrived in our room. It appeared some meals were prepared by the hotel restaurant and others were from outside sources. The meals were *********, Korean, and Japanese focused. If one wants Western foods, then Food Panda or Uber Eats will be what you want. There are expensive local restaurants at Xinyi Districts that you can pay for to get your own food. Check with the hotel on delivery times, I believe that they won't refund the costs of the meals if one chooses not to eat the prepaid meals. Prior to booking the quarantine hotel, they will send one a form to ask for some preferences and/or allergies. There was a toaster and hot water boiler in the room. The drip coffee and tea packets were super flavorful and refilled (via Line or other means of contact) during our stay. In fact, most contacts were done remotely during the quarantine period. Room: This is what one is paying for in this place if one is stuck here for 8 days (landing day is Day 0). The bed and beddings were super comfortable. The bed was a full king, My room was in the smaller side, but sufficient for two people and eight pieces of luggage. The room was super clean. We know, because we tried wiping some areas and found them to be stainless. We also noticed, via the peephole, that housekeeping took over two hours to deep clean our neighbor's room - including the use of what appeared to be an ultraviolet wand to clean some service areas. There was a clothes-wire in the bathroom if one needed to do handwash laundry during the quarantine stay. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't provide any detergent, but we used the provide soap, The bathroom was large with rain showerhead available. The toilet was a bit too high up off the floor for us as we are around 5 ft 8 inches but flushed well. If one's room faced south or east, one would get a good view of Taipei 101. The south side would get a full view, and east side (our room) got the view from the couch in the ”living room” area. The TV was pretty large and we could watch it from our bed comfortably. The only complaint, if any, was that it didn't have as many international channels for this high-end hotel. I wanted Bloomberg, but nothing was offered. Not even CNBC. The WiFi was very fast. Love this room. Not too small but just enough. The power points provided is already universal, really handy if you forgot to bring your own. The toilet and shower is separated, which is good if 2 person need to use. And the basin is outside, which I think is much more convenient. Location wise is near to XMD, about 15mins walk away, and nearby there’s lots of amnesties like FamilyMart & food shops. Would love to come back again!

Great hotel in a central location. Room was very comfortable, large beds and a large tv. Good selection of food for breakfast including an egg station to get freshly made omelette or scrambled eggs. Would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Tango Xinyi. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions, and the surrounding area offered great dining and shopping options. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!

1、酒店設施很新，房間這個價位算超大了，很安靜，睡得很好。 2、該酒店相應節能減排要求，雖然沒有提供一次性用品，但衹要你需要，他們隨時都很樂意能送過來。 3、雖然房間沒有提供礦泉水，但各樓層都提供直飲水，方便取用。在一樓大廳還免費提供咖啡和飲料。 4、酒店附近有夜市，康是美，葯店，評價店。可各取所需。 5、酒店服務人員的服務態度和敬業精神必須點贊， 6、酒店離捷運較遠，步行大約要10-15分鐘吧。但瑕不掩瑜，依然是性價比高的酒店。 總之，推薦給需要的你，下次如果再去台北還會想入住的。

Clean and big room. Daily cleaning and service recovery can be improved. Our toilet was clogged up and couldn't be used to shower because daily cleaning did not remove the hair. However hotel couldn't resolve the problem immediately at night as they didn't have engineering dept at work. There was also no service recovery for this incident.

We are a married couple from Manila and S-aura is definitely the perfect place to stay for a vacay in Taiwan. The room's quite cozy, spacious, clean, and comes with everything we needed. The window view gives an extra tranquil vibe. The staff is very polite, responsive, and helpful to our special requests. The breakfast buffet is something we looked forward to every morning. We hope the hotel will serve the braised pork and unagi not only on weekends but also on weekdays. Location is not so busy and close to bus and metro stops, a mall, convenience stores, and go-to restaurants and shops for the locals. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Taipei.
