A clean hotel but did not meet standard of Hilton. Hotel frequently doesn’t have hot water and on the last night water was stopped from midnight to 6:30am for maintenance. There are two elevators one stopped working in middle of stay and they blocked it via a dustbin. Breakfast was so so

We spent 6 nights here on business, I must say everything was excellent. Great location, room is very spacious and sunny, breakfast has good variety to choose from. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice, definitely recommend others to stay in this hotel when you are in Taiyuan.

房間乾淨清爽，落地窗外就是汾河，風景很漂亮，加濕器我也很喜歡。送了兩份早餐，早餐很豐盛，吃了煮方便麪哈哈，喝了咖啡，咖啡還可以外帶，也有不少當地特色美食，味道都很不錯。房間裏飲用水給的很足，臨走還送了小禮物，有一瓶當地的醋，很特別。總之從頭到尾都很喜歡，細節相當到位。下次如果有機會來還會選擇這裏的！

第一次入住這個酒店，門面很有排場，門口對面就有免費停車位，非常方便，對面是公園，一分鐘就可以到達，早上可以跑步。酒店還有健身房和洗衣房都有。房間非常不錯，乾淨衞生，明亮舒適，非常寬敞，全新的設施房間也沒有味道，房間設施都是語音助手控制，也非常方便。私密性很好，房間的隔音效果很好，送東西和外賣都有機器人送上來，非常方便！服務也很不錯，剛進來大廳就有小姐姐迎上來，走到哪裡，這裏的服務人員就跟到哪裡，還給倒水，都熱情的打招呼，尤其是前台的小姐姐，笑容可掬，很熱情，離老遠就熱情問候，有家的感覺。而且酒店前台還有免費的小吃，入住後還會有小禮品贈送，想的很周到，下次我還要入住了。

酒店很新，位於大路旁，離繁華商業區很近，設計風格現代時尚。前台服務周到細緻、業務熟練，姑娘、小夥子充滿了親切感，退房時有温熱的瓶裝水相送。酒店有深液自助粥品，房間提供免費的雪碧、可樂和堅果。房間功能齊全，淋浴水量很大，床品用起來相當舒適，兩位同伴還購買了酒店的枕頭。 特別值得表揚的是，我離店時將羽絨馬甲落在酒店，前台的兩位姑娘分別三次去房間尋找，終於找到了，並且免費幫我郵寄回家，令人感動。對於酒店和工作人員這種為急客人所急的紮實工作作風給予大大的表揚！以後這家酒店會是我在太原的不二之選。

咱就是説，酒店送的應援物真的太有心了，就沖這一點，下次也必須住這裏。拋開這個不説，酒店本身也是很好的，設施完善，裝修漂亮，而且真的有感受到工作人員在用心服務，一點都不輸某些高奢酒店。關鍵是各種便利，旁邊就是萬達，過個河就是紅燈籠，去哪兒都近，停車也是免費的，酒店價格也是我們打工人能承受的起的，在我心目中完美了。遺憾的是這次走的太急沒吃成早餐，下次再去住的時候一定要試試早餐怎麼樣。
