I had a wonderful stay here. The service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was very clean, and even more spacious than I expected from the photos. Everything I needed was provided, making the stay super comfortable. I especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the natural surroundings. There was also a cute dog welcoming guests, which made the experience even more charming! I’d definitely come back and stay here again next time.

Very much enjoy the kind and friendly staff, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi we felt cared for.  We had to pay extra for the breakfast and the hot springs.  Did I mention there are so many pools of varying temperatures and some had Chinese medicine immersed.  We got so relaxed and sleepy that we wound asking the restaurant staff to box up our order to take upstairs.  After resting we found the food was EXCELLENT!  Kudos to the chefs.  The half steamed chicken tasted like 贵妃鸡！  The asparagus was so tender and the fresh walnuts had the inner skin peeled.  So delicious with the 冬草 chicken porridge.  We slept so well .  The checkout can be as late as 3 pm, so accommodating, although we left around 1pm for our tour.  I highly recommend.

位置十分優越，緊鄰黔靈山公園地鐵站，出行就餐都便利。房間經過翻新，衞生狀況良好，床品睡得比較舒服。早餐有不少貴州本地小吃，觀景視野不錯。工作人員態度友好，訴求處理及時。作為老牌五星，部分公共區域能看出年代痕跡。有恆温泳池、健身房可供使用。整體適合來貴陽遊玩，想逛黔靈山的朋友優先選擇，綜合體驗滿意，值得推薦。

Thanks for the wonderful stay at the end of March 2026. After a long trip through Guizhou we were absolutely delighted about the room and the services at the Holiday Inn Resort Qingyan. Breakfast offers all sorts of food, the chefs are very welcoming and offer a broad variety of soup, vegetables, bakery, cereals...whatever you wish it will be there. Don't miss the large and elegant swimming pool. Very relaxing after all the walks in Qingyan Ancient Town. The walk to the Ancient Town is very short, it leads you along the fields where farmers grow their products. Nice walk!! Just across the main Hotel entrance you will find a small shop with everything you may need - food and non-food Don't miss the close monastery with the tall pagoda! It's more than worth to see one Temple building after another surrounded by wonderful nature. All in all the Holiday Inn Resort gave us an unforgettable and relaxing time! Thanks to all Service personal, we don't know all names but would like also to mention great support by Vivian, Elena, Mia and Leo Li, who organized cheap and quick transfer to Guiyang. We will definitely come back one day!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, despite the language barrier (we didn’t speak Mandarin), but translation apps took care of that. The suite upgrade was greatly appreciated, our unit was roomy and very comfortable. The concierge service was impeccable, the staff was reachable for all our needs and helped us plan our outings during our stay. Breakfast brought to us every morning was again excellent, beautiful presentation and deliciously prepared. We ordered dinner in one night and that was also great. There was a children playroom and a gym in the main hotel building. The location is quiet wth ia beautiful view, and walkable to the ancient town. Overall we can’t praise the whole experience enough, especially how lovely and helpful the whole staff were. The food was also a highlight. The unit was luxurious and top notch. Overall highly recommended. Thank you to the staff again for making our little family feel special.

第一次入住就留下了十分美好的體驗，所以本次出行，我毫不猶豫再次選擇了這裏。整個入住過程體驗感依舊在線，尤其要重點表揚大堂經理薛錦。辦理入住的時候大堂人流量比較大，薛錦作為大堂經理，處理事情從容有序，接待客人親切大方，沒有絲毫敷衍。從登記入住到指引客房，每一個環節都安排得妥帖到位，溝通耐心細緻，主動告知酒店相關配套設施以及注意事項，遇到疑問也會認真解答，專業素養讓人印象深刻。酒店整體環境乾淨大氣，客房打掃得十分整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很不錯，居住起來安心放鬆。正是因為有薛錦這樣負責任、有温度的管理人員，把服務細節落實到位，讓客人感受到被重視，才會願意二次選擇，兩次入住都沒有失望，不管是硬件設施還是服務水準都維持得很好。後續再來本地，依舊會優先選擇這家酒店，也向大家推薦，期待下一次光臨。

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone. The overall experience was perfect from check-in to check-out. The staff members are extremely friendly, warm and professional, they are always ready to help with any questions and requests. The room is clean, tidy and spacious, with comfortable beds and soft bedding. All facilities are well-maintained and work perfectly. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops and public transportations. The environment is quiet and cozy, which is great for resting after a long day. Breakfast is delicious with a rich variety of choices. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back again in the future.

酒店環境優美，春節期間各種有意義的活動，寫春聯、非遺拓印、扎染、看圖猜成語等等，孩子很喜歡。管家 Apple 服務也很好，提前為我們升級了房間，安排好酒店的活動和提前介紹酒店的各種活動和安排，非常感謝！為我們一家人帶來了很好的度假旅途體驗。酒店還提供了旅拍服務，我們體驗了苗族服裝拍攝很滿意。貴陽還會再來。

Pros: -Very friendly staff and efficient service all around -Lots of complimentary activities throughout the day (The evening tour of Qingyan was definitely a highlight of my trip) -The exteriors of the hotels from the walls to the courtyards are all very picturesque -The lobby offers tea and some small local snacks -Clean room with lots of amenities - the robes were very soft Cons: -Terrible soundproofing: I could hear my neighbours slam their doors starting around 6AM in the morning. -Some small repairs are needed: the peephole cover was loose (I used tissue paper to cover the hole throughout the night, and the shower button was a bit loose so it was hard to adjust to the shower head that I wanted to use)
