Cari Hotel 5-Star di Hong Kong

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.  Nancy

I came here for a conference but brought my mum along for an extended holiday. While the hotel room, room service and cleanliness were all up to expectations I was unhappy about having to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. I could only enter my room at 5pm. I have stated my preferred room and special requests earlier on via the app so that it would all be ready upon arrival. But to my dismay, they said the room was not ready and I had to wait until 5pm to be able to enter my room. For a 5 star hotel, i had expected more. There was no compensation or whatsoever, i was simply made to wait for 2 whole hours for my room that I have already stated my preferences. I asked if I could leave a feedback so that services can be improved, the receptionist only took down my email, in which they did not reach out to me at all. Please improve in your services. I did appreciate the muslim friendly ammenities such as the prayer mat, Quran, and halal in-room dining. Everything else was great. Just need to improve on the checkins.

Ini adalah hotel yang hebat. Saya tinggal di sini setiap kali saya datang ke Hong Kong. Kakitangan di sana akan menyambut kanak-kanak dengan sopan. Jika anda memerlukan apa-apa, hubungi sahaja concierge dan mereka akan menghantarnya dengan segera. Terdapat juga kolam renang yang bersih di tingkat 8 dengan penyelamat di lokasi, jadi selamat untuk ibu membawa anak mereka. Hotel ini terletak di pusat membeli-belah, bersebelahan dengan kereta bawah tanah, yang sangat mudah untuk membawa kanak-kanak. Perkara utama ialah kesan penebat bunyi sangat baik, jadi kanak-kanak boleh tidur dengan tenang. Akan ada kakitangan yang membersihkan bilik sekitar jam 10 pagi setiap hari. Selepas kita keluar, mereka akan mengemas bilik kita dan melipat pakaian kita dengan kemas. Apabila kami keluar, kakitangan yang membersihkan bilik dengan sopan akan mengucapkan Selamat pagi, dan kanak-kanak akan membalas. Ia adalah satu pengalaman yang hebat. Saya akan terus tinggal lain kali. Saya peminat setia hotel anda.

Had a fantastic stay at W Hong Kong. The bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect after long days exploring the city. The pool was a real highlight, with amazing views and a great atmosphere to relax in. Location-wise, it couldn’t be more convenient—right next to the rail station with a direct train to the airport, which made travel seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked a room with Grand Club access to celebrate our anniversary, and the entire stay exceeded our expectations. Having experienced club lounges at various hotels before, the Grand Club here truly made a lasting impression! - Warm & Attentive Check-in at the Grand Club (Special Thanks to Kylie) Upon our arrival at the Grand Club, Kylie welcomed us with a radiant smile and exceptional politeness. Her check-in process was flawless and professional - a 100/100 service! Knowing that we were celebrating a special occasion, Kylie thoughtfully upgraded our room and arranged a lovely mini cake and red wine. The room was bright and offered a gorgeous balance of half city view and half harbour view, making us feel utterly relaxed. - Afternoon Tea & Evening Cocktail (High Praise for Joey’s Professionalism) The Afternoon Tea served light bites including sandwiches, fruit, macarons, canelés, scones, and puffs etc. Although the selection was slightly more concise than expected, the quality and taste were delightful. During the Evening Cocktail section at around 6:00 PM, the Grand Club was packed. While we were in line waiting, a guest became quite loud and unreasonable, complaining about not being registered or offered a drink. Joey handled the situation with unbelievable composure and grace. Despite the guest’s rudeness, Joey remained exceptionally polite and professional throughout. Immediately after resolving the issue, she walked over to arrange our welcome drinks and even took the time to introduce the name and origin of the white wine I wanted to try. Her attentiveness and crisis handling were deeply impressive! - Gym Facilities & Grand Café Breakfast We also visited the open-concept 24-hour gym in the evening, it was well-equipped with a great variety of machines. Breakfast at the Grand Café offered a broad and fresh selection of food. If we had to share two tiny pieces of feedback: we were a bit sad to find no hash browns (a breakfast favorite!), and some of the pastries were quite large - making them a little smaller would allow guests to sample a wider variety. Overall, this was a wonderful and memorable anniversary trip. Huge thanks to Kylie, Joey, and the Grand Club team for their heart-warming hospitality. We will definitely be back!

late check in got upgraded. room was clean and tidy, comfortable, no bottle water only tap. housekeeping forgot providing big towels, the curtain cant cover the sun light even it's was close.d enjoy the stay still.

Saya tidak fikir ia kotor atau busuk seperti yang dikatakan oleh ulasan. Hotel ini tidak diskriminasi dan orang-orangnya sangat baik. Saya pergi sendirian dan mereka menaik taraf jenis bilik saya. Alamatnya agak jauh. Ia mengambil masa sejam untuk sampai ke sana dengan kereta api bawah tanah... Ini tidak begitu bagus, tetapi semuanya baik.

TST is a great place to stay because there’s always life and something open late at night. The hotel is on the east side and has within the direct vicinity everything you need from tailors to corner stores, fancy restos, quick and cheap eateries, shisha bars and everyday massage places. Most people would probably walk out of of the hotel towards the bay (walking distance crossing pedestrian bridge to Bruce Lee statue) but if you walk inlands through the alley (or walk around or through the Peninsula building/mall to avoid the kids seeing the explicit **********) there’s a big square with the cheaper end amenities. Our rooms were on the 15th top floor which gives every lift ride the wonderful view of the transition from enclosed lobby to open restaurant inner courtyard but once atop, the railings are on and off glass with a direct view of the actual height between your floor and the restaurant buffet on the third!! We purchased flight and one night in a package deal and decided to stay and extend for two nights and the staff were kind enough to waive the extra fees for the upgraded larger rooms our original package offered. 1506 was our corner room giving you just about a glimpse of the bay from either side and 1518 was an extra large room perfect for the kids and to organise the extra shopping we did in Mong Kok. No special amenities for children however, I even had to ask for an extra towel for our third child. But there was a pool on the rooftop and the kids loved it!

The hotel is located in the new and queit Kai Tak district, there are several shopping centres, you can walk to them in 5 minutes. Subway is a 10 minute walk away. The hotel is new and clean. The room was a bit small but had a comfortable, soft bed. The swimming pool on the rooftop had a city view. Breakfast is served in a banquet hall with high ceilings
