第一次來片仔癀温泉酒店，就被驚艷到了。酒店在南湖生態園內，環境很好，閑時可以去公園逛逛，呼吸新鮮的空氣。服務優質，大堂副理邱惠琳提前聯繫我詢問對房間需求，幫我預留景觀好的房間，非常細緻，真是太棒了！房間設施設備也很齊全，給我漳州之行增添一份舒適感。 另外在退房後還還遇到了一些小插曲，邱經理主動聯繫我幫我郵寄客遺，大副黃雪婷和禮賓主管翁恭祺更是力所能及主動提供幫助，主動驅車縣城裡幫我取貴重物品，讓我感受到漳州人的熱情友好！為他們點贊👍

酒店的裝修風格很不錯，服務員都會主動打招呼問好，新開業的設施設備都很不錯，6樓還有健身房以及泳池可以免費使用。值班經理小韓服務很熱情！！！房型對一家四口的朋友來説非常友好，酒店的中餐也大讚，包房空間大，菜品很出彩，大廚很贊👍當晚遇到的餐飲部經理姐姐非常熱情，服務很棒，推薦我們第二晚可以嘗試一下自助餐，果然出品也不錯。第三天早晨，還因為孩子不舒服，早餐時分又偶遇中餐部經理姐姐，還人性化地安排孩子的早餐，非常感謝！也感謝小韓，看到我們外賣了葯品，就主動諮詢給我們延遲退房，是一個有温度的酒店。

It was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill. The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room. As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

The hotel is near to the ancient city (10 min walk). It is new and clean. Staff are helpful. The breakfast is good but would appreciate more western style to suit foreigners (over 90 % of customers are from mainland and Chinese style is understandable). The dinner in private room is most impressive. It is reasonable in price and standard is very high ( the best in town)! Its 20 t0 30 minutes away from the high speed train station and just over one hour away from the Tulou. We certainly will return when we are going to Zhangzhou next time.

過年期間自駕過去的，温泉度假酒店，定位應該是台商服務+輕度假。陽台泡池，孩子們很喜歡。床很舒服，備品也不錯，符合國內五星標準。早餐品類還算豐富，該有的基本都有，畢竟春節期間，能有這樣的水準是值得肯定的。

比較有年代感的酒店，好幾棟樓，房間很乾凈，也很安靜。 酒店的小哥哥非常熱情，一路幫我們推行李箱。 如果帶着長者小孩出門還是很推薦的： 長者家超級認可這種懷舊風酒店， 酒店自帶的超超超大庭院（有兩個大噴泉池！）太受小朋友歡迎了，跟個小公園一樣。第一晚逛古街累了，第二天上午讓長者家在酒店好好休息，小朋友就在庭院裏快樂玩耍。 取外賣也很方便，走到大門外的**外賣櫃取就行，很多排長隊的小吃、網紅飲料和帶回去的伴手禮都是**外賣搞定了。讚美**！（小哥哥説可以幫忙送到房間，但是我社恐，自己走幾步也不遠） PS：漳州的簪花體驗很便宜，給長者小孩安排上，體驗感拉滿，古城也很出片~

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.

大年初三抵達漳州，入住了二晚酒店。 説一下硬件！ 首先房間挺大，床就1.2米有點小。外觀看着可以，有地下停車場。房間設施有點舊，房間還有部分燈泡不亮，吹風機看着有點LOW，住着還是很安靜的，其他的沒什麼大毛病。 軟件方面！ 工作人員都很熱情，從門口的行李員，引車員，客房服務，門廳前台都能和客人打招呼，這一點很好。
