I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I enjoy it very much. The room were cleaned and the cleanig lady even left us a note saying welcome to us, the food was good and also all the people from the hotel were very nice to everybody. I recomend this hotel and if I will come back to Havana I will definitelly stay here.

Проживали в данном отеле с 11.04. по 14.04. 24г. трое взрослых, бронировали номер 2 спальных места + софа, что получили двухспальная кровать и кресло кровать без постельного белья!!! При обращении на ресепшен нам ответили ничем помочь не могут, такое бронирование! Берите с собой простынь и одеяло для проживания в этом отеле. Есть кофемашина, но нет кофе, из душа течет вода, лужа по всей комнате. Завтрак хороший, спортзал тоже, до центра Гаваны- такси, рядом магазин со спиртным за валюту, тож. плюс.

Today I was at the Grand Aston hotel to taste their dishes and cocktails, it clearly met my expectations without forgetting the wonderful attention given to me by the friendly community manager Cosette and the clerks of the place who gave me the best services, I definitely have to repeat the visit!
There is a shuttle between the hotel and the airport (for a fee). The hotel Grand Hotel Bristol is equipped with a 24h reception, Wi-Fi, a lift, cash machine as well as parking spaces. In the outdoor area of the property you will find a pool (open all year). Furthermore, outside you can find a sun terrace. There is also a laundry service available at an additional cost to customers as well as an ironing service. For your comfort, in addition to the concierge service the hotel page will ensure you are looked after. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). I stayed in Room 351 of Gran Hotel ManzanaKempinski La Habana from August 12th to August 14th, and now I am complaining about the poor service of the hotel restaurant staff, guest service manager andsecurity during my staying!
1. At around 22:00 on the evening of August13, after finishing the meal in hotel restaurant, the cashier refused to acceptcash payment, and the attitude was very unfriendly. I asked why, and therestaurant staff didn't give any explanation, and said very unfriendly thatthey don't accept cash. Why did you accept cash in the first day, but didn't accept cash payment in the hotelrestaurant on the second day? Why do the same hotel have different management rules andstandards? And didn't told me in advance. The restaurant service is so poor, is it because the meal timedelays the employees from getting off work normally? Or are there other reasonsthat lead to employees not having a sense of service? If cash service is notaccepted, why wasn't I informed before I entered the restaurant? May I ask themanager of hotel restaurant, has there been any training for the restaurantstaff?
2. Complain that the guest service manageron duty of the hotel has a poor service attitude and cannot provide areasonable explanation to solve the complaints to your in house guests. Theattitude is very bad and intensifies the conflict between the staying guestsand the hotel. Does not reflect the duties of the Guest Services Manager on duty.No explanation as to why the hotel only accepts credit cards and not cash.Threatened to call the police. The point is that I didn't refuse to pay afterthe meal, but wanted to pay the bill with the cash. Why did she want to callthe police? This is threatening the hotel guests!
3. Complain about the poor attitude of thesecurity guard on duty and lack of awareness of service. It is like theunderworld threatening the guests staying in the hotel.
4. Complain about the service of the hotel.We are two ladies and took a baby who was only one year old. All of those staffof the hotel did not have the concept of customer-oriented and the most basicmorality of caring for minors, and deliberately made things difficult In-houseguests who spend at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, guest servicemanager and security in the hotel are not worthy of working in a five-starhotel like Kempinski, which brought me a very unpleasant stay and experienceduring my stay in this hotel.
I want to emphasize the background of thiscomplaint again. At around 22:00 on August 13, 2023, after themeal in the hotel restaurant, I wanted to settle the bill in cash, but therestaurant service staff refused my request to settle the meal in cash, whichled to this unpleasant incident.

We just came back from Voya Boutique hotel in Havana and what an amazing experience. It's not often when you book online that a hotel exceeds your expectations. In this case they did. We did our research and felt this would likely be a good option for Havana since the government recently aloud for private hotels to operate. We pulled the pin and booked. We gave permission for the front desk to book us into 7 dinners out. The only instructions were that we are foodies and if you could book the 7 best private ( Pladars) restaurants in Havana with an 8 pm sitting. They were all incredible. Best decision we made which reduced the stress of trying to figure it all out. Voya also has a very good well priced menu and we had two wonderful dinners in their restaurant which was amazing. We arrived late on the 21st and were received by Lyn at the front desk. What a great ambassador for Voya. A beautiful smile, professionally dressed and welcoming. She also had room service bring some food to our room because it was o late and we were hungry. During our stay the hotel booked us tours. Follow their instructions on these tours it will make your experience in Cuba even better. Finally we met a gentlemen named Jorge. One of the owners of this beautiful hotel. Jorge couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Jorge. Everyday I was met with a beaming smile and firm hand shake asking how my sleep was and if there anything we could do to make your stay more pleasant. unbelievable. All of us go on numerous sites and try to get advice as to what is a 4 star or a 5 star stay. This gem is registered as 5 star. ******* add another star please. Don't mis this great hotel, the staff and beautiful Cuba. I would also like to make a special thank you to the following people who made our stay special.
