Cari Hotel 5-Star di Ashigarashimo District

Tucked into the foothills of Hakone, in a quiet village along Yugawara Parkway, we found this small villa surrounded by greenery and the sound of a nearby stream. But what stayed with me wasn’t the villa—it was us. The kids ran straight to the deck, reaching out to catch the falling cherry blossom petals as they drifted onto the water, arguing over who caught the most before they slipped through their fingers. Someone left the door open, letting the cool air drift in. By evening, we were all gathered upstairs, half-talking, half-listening to the steady rhythm of the stream below. No one reached for their phones. Later that night, we slept with the windows open. You could hear the water, constant and calming, like it had always been there. It’s strange—places fade, but moments like this don’t. The quiet, the laughter, the feeling of having nowhere else to be. That’s what I’ll remember. 

Staff are very welcome with sincere smile. Our butler was very attentive and friendly. It’s our honour to have experienced a heritage hotel at Hakone. Thank you for the memorable stay.

I am glad that I booked this hotel instead of my original location at Gora. Even though it is not near Gora station but it made up for convenient Hakone buses just located outside the hotel. There is free hotel shuttle bus to Gora station. Do check the schedule. Service staff are very friendly and helpful with our request. Room amenities are wonderful and clean. The breakfast spread is so good and wide varieties. I would recommend to order the dinner as Hakone has very limited dining place for dinner. And I assure you will not regret. We throughly enjoyed the sumptuous spread. Food quality is fabulous. The free public & private (got to book and pay) onsen is good with good amenities. You can wear their yukata within the hotel. We would loved to revisit in the near future again!

國慶期間人超級少，喜歡這份安靜。環境優美，在宮之下小鎮上。房間很大，晚上在客廳看電影喝啤酒。房間設施作為百年歷史建築維護得特別好。配備的都是中古傢俱。白天逛累了晚上承包露天泡湯。早餐有西式和日式兩種選擇，都嘗試了，日式好吃，西式餐具挺精緻。 有機會還會選擇。

The place looks like the pictures. It’s about 20 mins away by bus from the hakoneyumoto station. We used the baggage delivery service at the train station (1000 yen per piece for regular size baggage) and when we checked in, our bags were in the room already. The staff is very nice and helpful. We’re thankful for the shuttle to the nearby bus station. The food is great. The onsen is very relaxing. We had a great time at this place. Definitely will stay again when I visit Hakone.

住了gen fufu 這家酒店是箱根最後一間 還好是最後一間 因為這裏距離箱根景點實在是有點遠 雖然衹有10公里 但是箱根交通不方便 酒店位置在半山腰上 床有點太軟了 衞生間比較悶 因為沒有通風 泡池的温度又高 整個衞生間牆上都是水珠 整體來説如果這家酒店位置如果市中心的話 還可以考慮 早餐是西式 但是味道很一般 晚餐雖然是一星米其林但還是有一點點失望的 旁邊唯一的經典就是蘆葦盪和箱根本湯小鎮 第一次來箱根的朋友還是住強羅附近吧

酒店服務很好，房間整潔，食物質素很高。8時後在大堂提供飲品包括紅白酒、清酒及零食。房間所有飲品和啫喱也是免費的。還有提供望遠鏡，在漆黑的夜空可以看到星星，非常貼心。 在箱根入住三間不同温泉酒店，玄源泉茶寮是第二天入住，離開的時候，可以專車送你到箱根行程附近的景點，服務很好，到入住第三間位於箱根湯本的酒店是發現自己遺下介指在玄源泉茶寮，立即找接待處通知，原來他們下午已經電郵通知我，只是我沒有看電郵。確認介指在玄後，我打算第2天搭45分鐘車程回酒店取回，但他們知道我還在箱根，當晚派人把介指送回給我，令我非常感謝，也感到很抱歉，有機會再到箱根，我一定再次入住玄源泉茶寮。

完美的酒店。環境幽雅，房間大而舒適，化粧室，浴室和露天温泉在同一區域，非常人性化，洗漱卸粧護理用品齊全，還有面膜，考慮周全。懷石料理晚餐堪稱完美，每一道菜都是用當季食材用心製作，口感豐富而鮮美，早餐也很不錯，為廚師長點贊。酒店人員的服務熱情周到，特別感謝KAWASE，家人一樣的親切，讓我們度過了特別美好的兩天。

300多年的名宅，保養不錯。入住等待區裝飾偏英式，有免費酒水提供，還有舒服的壁爐。每組客户等待區域相對獨立，不受幹擾，挺好。由等待區到房間的路上會穿過幾個不同功能的休息區，有不同景緻的美麗窗景。這次就入住一晚，沒能感受一下窗前的靜謐着實可惜。 訂的房間帶室外私湯，邊泡邊欣賞庭院景色，還是挺愜意的。 懷石料理中規中矩，沒有感覺驚喜。 箱根酒店退房時間好像都是上午10點，太匆匆😂
