Apartment at 7th floor. We had 2 separate bedrooms with a twin bed. Living room with kitchen that had everything you need. Fridge, freezer, stove and dishwasher. So you can make your own meals if you like we did not do that. One nice bathroom only issue was that the shower head kept sliding down. The apartment had large widows with a great view over Stavanger being on the top floor. Nice restaurant/ bar down steaks with real good food (Sirius Renaa). Gives great value for money if you are 4 people

Brilliant hotel. Clean, comfortable and modern with everything I needed for my visit (I was out for evening meals). I was part of a group of 7 business travellers in Stavanger for team building. The local members of our team (who weren't staying) hadn't heard of the hotel before, but the whole concept aligned so well with our values and it looked so good, once we found it we couldn't not stay. Breakfast was lovely, with a good range of options catering to all diets. Staff were brilliant, really helpful, and handled our large multicultural group (and the demands which come with that) admirably. Beds are fantastic. Rituals toiletries in the bathrooms was a very pleasant surprise.

Very disappointed! I booked 3 nights at this hotel in Stavanger for me and my husband, from the 30th of December to the 2nd of January 2023. We arrived at the hotel pretty late , just after midnight. The hotel's check in was starting from 15.00-00.00 am. Nobody was at this hotel, no reception, no security absolutely nobody. On the door was a sign saying :if you don't have a card to get in , ring at a certain number . So, I phoned that number that was displayed and the phone was turned off. We tried to ring the hotel (number from the website) but the customer service was from 8am to 8pm... We tried so many phone numbers with absolutely no luck. We spent 1 hour in front of the hotel, in rain and cold . It was 1 am. So we decided to ring a different hotel to see whether they have a room available for that night and in the morning we would have come back to this hotel - hoping that there will be someone . We phoned one hotel, they gave us a price and then we decided to ring Radisson blu ( many many many thanks to them ) explained to their receptionist our situation , and he was more than happy to ring this hotel (scandic stavanger city) for us and see whether he can get in touch with someone. He phoned me back saying that this hotel is close for Christmas and New Year, and we should try Scandic Royal Hotel or a different Scandic hotel from town and they might be able to help us with our booking. So, we went to Scandic Royal Hotel, they quickly found our booking and they were actually expecting us there BUT NOBODY let us know about this, we didn't get any email/message or anything about the initial hotel being closed and our reservation being with a different hotel from their chain.... very disappointed about this miscommunication. Apart of this miscommunication, having to stay in rain, cold and a lot of stress about this situation at 1 o'clock in the morning.. everything was nice with Scandic Royal Stavanger.

Clean rooms, great breakfast and an extra treat providing a little supper buffet for guests if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. Crome cast in the room so you can watch your own shows. The staff is without exception amazing, very helpful and attentive. Great central location.

Staid here for a couple of nights while visiting Stavanger. It is located on a good location, on the edge of the city centre with a nearby big public parking that is paid. However, we had plenty of issues with the check-in process and the whole service that is automated and quite frankly bad. First the app for check in never managed to load the key on the phone meaning that we could not get in the hotel since the ring bell did not make anyone show up so we were lucky someone was entering one minute after we came. We had two reservations and the app told us it was the same room but the keys stopped working the next day and no one was picking up the phone on any of their numbers although it says 24 hour service but I guess Sunday was not included. Luckily we managed to find a cleaning lady who managed to resolve it but it still took us at least 90 minutes to figure it out. She was extremely helpful but otherwise bad service all the way. The room itself was fine, clean and big enough with a bathroom that was a bit too small and difficult to use for me. We did get breakfast as well, which was a new service and that worked but quality was so-so. They did answer to our emails, just a bit too late so its not a place I would recommend to anyone but I can not say its very bad, just barely average with potential issues along the way.

Nice hotel. Walking distance from shopping stores and it is in front of the port. Many restaurants nearby as well as the pay parking is just beside the hotel.

Very nice hotel specially when they renovation for it. Staff are friendly and very good services from their side. Location is wonderful with nice view.

I recently stayed at Clarion and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Atika and Silje. The teamwork between Atika and Silje created a welcoming and comfortable environment that exceeded my expectations. Much appreciated! From the moment I arrived, Silje was incredibly helpful and attentive. Her efficiency and professionalism were truly impressive. What stood out the most was Atika’s excellent communication skills. She kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the resolution. Atika's dedication to her job and her genuine care for the guests made my stay at Clarion exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel, and a big part of that is because of the fantastic service from Atika. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

A fantastic 5am breakfast buffet was provided, so often I have an early onward flight and leave a hotel hungry, not this time
