Great ambience, clean rooms, very helpful staff, and great value for money, self catering services for making my own meals. I loved it.

I liked the privacy, quietness and safety of Magnolia. I was impressed by the well equipped self catering cupboard corner, which made it easy and possible to eat in. Plates, cutlery, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, milk, coffee, tea, cereal and rusks provided. The SuperSpar shopping centre is within 5 mins walk. Recommended!

The curtains are very light and anyone outside can see inside and the toilet is open space beside the entrance and the room no no electric plug beside the bed and it's one plug only available behind the room door the others are three round dot plug and it's already used for other electric devices except one free to use but u will use it between the other electric devices and far from the bed

My family and I stayed at magnolia for the few days leading up to my wedding. The property was spacious but also we enjoyed the privacy between our rooms and clean rooms and rustic living spaces were a nice welcome after long days. Lovely place and very affordable

The room was well equipped and clean. It is in a quiet area with birdlife and squirrels around. Close too all amenities. Nice area for running and walking. It was a pleasure staying there. Will definitely return.

We were warmly welcomed by Paul - He immediately made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The room (number 7) was very neat and tidy, cozy and we felt right at home! We loved the natural vegetation on the premises is so lush and listening to the birds chirping was so peaceful and relaxing. We will be back for sure!

The welcome was poor with the keys being given at another venue and then handed to another person who welcomed us and then battled to find the right key to get the door open and couldn't find the light switch. The biggest let down was the TV had NO sport channel only SABC 1,2,3 &Etv!! The bed was hard and noisy. The shower had an old curtain and no door as seen in the picture.

When we got at the place there was an lady that was not very friendly. She informed to that we need to pay R150 for her service to come out and check us it. The rooms is not very neat and there was hare on the bed. The people next door was so load they went on till after 01H00. Breakfast is served very late. We must be on at work at 07H30 and they only open at that time. There was also no Aircon remote.

We were allocated a very small 'back' room; cold and dark. We were charged the same as the large, sunny, north-facing rooms. The large-scale renovations were very dirty, noisy and disruptive. The rusks, coffee, tea and sugar were never replenished. The fridge was off. There was a mouse in the cupboard on the last day. There was nowhere to sit, such as a lounge. The 'garden' was a building site. The one positive thing was that it was near the hospital where my mother was undergoing hip surgery. I had to pay for two people, even though she was not in the room for most of the week. We did not have a happy stay.
