Well, this hotel is just the best. It’s reasonably priced. Got a room for $137. It’s right on the water and most of this not all rooms have balconies. Tim at the front desk is so kind and patient. He upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Everything is spotless. The shopping outlets are right around the corner, where everything is 50% off at least. Great crab restaurants and bars within walking distance. I’ve been all over the world, but this is surely one of my favorite places to stay. Love it!

Pretty standard Hilton Garden Inn but with an excellent waterfront location within immediate walking distance of several good seafood places. The breakfast is overpriced for what you get and try to get a room that is positioned more towards the water than the parking lot and "The Jetty" which can get rowdy at night. Regardless, I would recommend it if in the area though and would stay here again.

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel when traveling North for the past 20 years. We got to be friends with people like Rea at the front desk. She has always welcome us back and she is a great asset to the hotel, Judy and her staff were always glad to see us. We were surprised with the cost of your breakfast - $17.00 pp, plus taxes. WOW! You made a huge profit. Two eggs over with sausage and home fries There was no service. Had to ask for silverware. No one came round to refill our coffee. When we asked for more we were told to go to coffee table and serve ourselves. All for $17 person. Very disappointed and doubtful we will spend another night. It is a beautiful place and a wonderful location Ps The cook was wonderful and very helpful.

Our insurance put us here after a house fire. Easily the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I've ever encountered. But, that's nothing compared to their questionable billing practices. Watch your credit card, make sure they give you an itemized bill when you check out. They will randomly charge "holds" to your card "just in case" you have incidentals. I've never heard of such shady practices. Sketchy does not begin to describe it. Even the great staff we've met don't make up for the shortcomings. For the cost of this place, I would expect much better, all around. Beware!

location, location, location. I have stayed at literally thousands of hotels around the world, mostly Hiltons and Marriotts and this certainly ranks up there with one of the nicest locations. The person on the front desk was rude when I asked how much it would be to move to a room with a better view he basically told me you won't be able to afford it. The overcharged for breakfast. The cooked to order breakfast was cooked on a grill that tasted like it hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. It was just greasy slime, soggy potatoes, soggy bacon. It went straight in the trash. I complained in an email to the general manager and now a week later have still not received any response.

EXTREMELY LOUD Rock music from restaurant next door. The room literally shook with the bass. The hotel is nice and we had a lovely view…. But watching TV was actually difficult because of the crazy loud music. We are cutting our weekend vacation short and driving 4 hours home rather than endure this another night.

We stay at this hotel often, the best part about it is the location that allows us easy walking access to many of our favorite bars and restaurants. The added bonus of it being a lovely hotel with excellent views in 1/2 of the rooms. Stay on the water side.

Very nice hotel, clean and accepts dogs, which is so wonderful! The gym is awful- only one set of 2 pound weights?!?!? Not even one pull up bar?!? Two treadmill… it’s a horrible joke!! Another horrible thing happened to us is an extremity loud music across from us- at jetty’s.. horrible rock music , till midnight on Sunday!! Really..??? Why?!?!?!? Just awful experience. Would never stay here again because of that. It’s way too late- stop by 11, at least!!

Excellent property and locale. Room was Fantastic, minimal number but very soft towels. Lovely Bedding wonderful big tv Wi-Fi perfect Area is safe The Jetty is a short walk. We waited and didn’t have a cart on check in, the hot tub was filled in with concrete and the pool was small and uninviting. The rest of the place looks like a resort, albeit an empty venue for groups. Coffee in lobby briefly covered for the broken coffee machine on 305. Had there been a good sun deck, an outdoor pool or even a hot tub I would have stayed longer. The area seems fun Out room had a balcony
