Went here on our last night in Stirling as been in for a drink earlier,menu looked okay but what we had was okay but nothing special have tasted better plus this was our dearest meals dont think we would go back.Very overpriced for what you got.

I have stayed here with my wife 3 times and 2 visits were great so I was looking forward to to last Saturday, we were booked in went to the room, the heating wasn't working so I went to reception and given a convector heater and told the heating system was on a timer and would come on at 5pm,after being out for a meal an a few drinks we came back to the room only to find the room freezing so I went to reception and complained and asked for another room, no joy, asked for a refund no joy, was offered another portable heater so I walked away disgusted, when I awoke in the morning my wife had a sore throat due to the dry heat from heater, I went to use the shower and that was freezing cold as well totally fed up as we were looking forward to the break, I went to reception when checking out and there was nobody to complain to, really disappointed by the whole experience and would never recommend this place to anyone

Arrived at car park which was full of holes and uneven when I have someone who is severely disabled and in a wheelchair!! Needs immediate attention!! Then we get to what is described as a disabled lift which has a very steep incline for a wheelchair and the lift is that small you would need to leave the disabled person to do it themselves ( absolute joke) Restaurant is absolutely freezing and the tables are so small no wheelchair is ever fitting in ( had to have dinner on her lap 😡) Hotel does not offer cocktails but food is amazing but won’t ever be back because of the disabled access and the experience of coming out for someone’s birthday has been ruined 😡 We had to youse the back door as ramp at front door is out of service !!!

We stayed as a couple on Hogmanay. The hotel was very busy . Clean spacious hotel with friendly staff . The bar is large and drinks are very reasonably priced . Thee was an event on that was fully booked and a great atmosphere in the hotel . Bedroom was clean , comfy bed and great view of Wallace memorial . Breakfast was £12:95 and typical standard hotel breakfast . We would stay again as hotel is good value for money and centrally located .

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this day and age you don’t expect to be put in a situation with bigotry on as a private function in a hotel situated in Stirling centre. Couldn’t get no sleep as bigotry continued into bedroom with guest continued to party going from room to room banging doors and playing bigoted music on phone. When complaining to manager was told if you don’t like it we can refund you the rest of your stay it is what it is not very professional service or attitude from someone that has a responsibility for running the hotel. Rooms are tiny I’ve seen a bigger computer screen definitely won’t be back thought I was in the middle of parkhead with all the hatred and intimidation
