Great, lively bar and restaurant! Great location. Rooms were good. Check-in and check out was fairly quick. Quite a few small issues though that they could easily improve upon. Curtain doesn't close all the way so there is some light in the room from the buildings next door that keep their lights on at night. Internet and phones weren't working the night I arrived. They could have told me that upon arrival.. There was some urban construction at 4am for some strange reason. I was told I had made two bookings but I only paid for one. Not sure what happened with the second one that they said I made. Wish they would have followed up with me so I didn't have to worry about it.. They say there is a swimming pool on trip.com but then I found out you can't actually swim in it. They should be more transparent about the size and purpose. I'd still consider it again though.

Brillant Location, fascinating hotel interior concept with a camping atmosphere. The design language of the hotel is everywhere. Since its an ”affordable luxury” quantity business modell the rooms are scaled to the minimum maximum. If its fully booked the very good breakfast shifts into a factory atmosphere. We were very pleased - we discovered Stockholm almost by walking only. Despite of the darkness because of dimmed light inside and the flaws - would book it again.

The location is amazing! 5 minute walk from the Arlanda express! Right in the centre near shops. The food was incredible and so much choice even for vegans or gluten free. Staff were friendly and helpful! It does get cold in the rooms but we asked for a heater and this was provided.

The rooms with the sea view are … wow!!! At the reception area you can play ping-pong, shuffle bord, etc. For breakfast there plenty of choices, and everything I tasted was really tasty. The staff at reception was friendly

Der check-in war automatisiert und einfach selbst durchzuführen, das spart Zeit und Nerven. Die Zimmer waren groß genug, gut ausgestattet, allerdings ohne relevante Aussicht. Die Betten waren etwas zu weich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr frisch, sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker, top!

Breakfast was quite nice. The room is kept clean and tidy. The overall feeling is good.

First, the location is fantastic. It's a short walk to nearly everything, several transit stops are nearby, and the most beautiful park is right across the street. We ended each day with a walk through this lovely park. Because rooms are small, I went with an upgrade to a ”deluxe double,” which was quite attractive and comfortable. Bathrobes were provided along with the more usual amenities: fridge, coffeemaker, decent sized cups & glasses. Bed was comfortable. Shower had very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. my only complaint is that the breakfast seemed rather low-quality. Baked goods and cold cuts were basic supermarket level. Fruits were either underripe or overripe. Breakfast was served in the street-level restaurant, which is kind of gloomy for a morning meal. These are all minor complaints--overall, it's a great hotel.

I got a nice welcome at the Elite Palace Hotel and was given a great room to stay in. The hotel is fairly big for Stockholm, but it is clean and modern through with interesting decor and features. My room was on the 7th floor and it had a nice hall area with a desk, a sofa area with a big TV, big windows and a large, comfortable bed. An impressive breakfast of hot and cold foods was included and the Bishops Arms pub is also part of this hotel set up. The Elite Palace Hotel is perfect for Vasastan and the Karolinksa and it has the airport bus stop outside too, but it's a bit of a walk to the central area. All in all this was a nice stay, the hotel is well set up and I appreciated the pleasant service!

住了這麼多酒店，它真是一個挑不出毛病的酒店！就是你會再次入住那種！地點好極，步行距離內到王宮，到舊城，到購物中心。酒店陳設典雅精緻，床被都極舒服。一樓餐廳的早餐晚餐都好吃。接待人員友好！

Super fijn hotel op een top locatie naast T-Centralen. Vanaf Arlanda luchthaven met de Arlanda Express naar het centrum en dan 5min lopen. Alle bezienswaardigheden binnen bereik. Kamers zijn mooi, aan de wat kleine kant, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid, goed en gevarieerd. Het hotel heeft een zonneterras op de 11e verdieping met een mooi uitzicht over de stad. Ook een leuke sky-bar voor drankje of diner. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
