equipe sympa et souriant, ce trouve juste à côté la petite France (centre ville). la seule chose à laquelle on peut s'attendre est une amélioration du travail de la femme de ménage, elle n'aime pas laver les sols, surtout sous le lit

Hilton Strasbourg is a very convenient hotel to visit Strasbourg. Secured car park is just in front of hotel, very easy to drive in and out. Checkin and check out is very smooth. The front desk staff, Emily, is very professional and polite. She explained to me how to take tram to get to the city center quickly, and major attractions in the city, as I am first time to Strasbourg. As a Hilton Diamond member my room is upgrade to Suite, with Executive Lounge access. The suite is size of 2 normal rooms , with excellent spa style jet spray shower and Jacuzzi bath tub. Toilet is separate. Bed is big and comfort , coffee machine works well. Hotel sends Alsace cookie and mineral water as welcome gift. Executive lounge is at lobby level, evening cocktail is good enough as decent Hilton lounge - you can treat this as dinner if you are a lone business traveler not wanting to get out and eat. Breakfast is decent as well. Overall, location is good , staffs are professional, facility is nice - a good Hilton hotel.

We (2 adults and 2 children) absolutely loved this hotel - it’s charming, has extremely friendly, respectful and highly efficient staff, very well equipped rooms and bathrooms (conditioner and hair bobbles a bonus!), a welcoming bar, great pizzas (room service that we ate in one of the communal bar spaces downstairs with friends also staying here) and last but not least, an AMAZING breakfast. Seriously the best we have ever had and we stayed in a lot of hotels on this 7-week tour of Europe. The breakfast here has ruined it for all other hotels in the world 😍! Simply brilliant - the home made deserts and cakes are to die for!

I have booked this hotel as the kick-off for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we have contracted COVID and asked the hotel for a good-will cancellation a couple of days before arriving. Unfortunately it seems like Accor/Sofitel prefers a young freshly married couple to travel and visit their Hotel with Covid than to make a good-will postponement of the booking since they declined to cancel the reservation with a reimbursement or postpone it. I would have expected a 5* Hotel to be more flexible towards customers in cases like ours. I approximately spend 60-70 days per year in Hotels for business and will not consider Accor/Sofitel for any future stay.

Central location near the cathedral. Nice furnishing and surrounded by old town buildings. A bit weird that the two bedside tables were not of the same colour.

Very nice and valuable hotel. The room is as the same as the picture shown in the trip com. And the distance to main scenery points is just 10 minutes walk.

Este hotel está muito bem localizado, junto a estação de comboios com ligação direta ao aeroporto e a uma curta distancia a pé de todas as atrações principais da cidade. O hotel possui comodidades gratuitas de chá, cafe e fruta durante todo o dia e o pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade. Os funcionários da receção são também muito simpáticos. Os únicos aspetos menos positivos é o tamanho dos quartos mais básicos e a péssima qualidade do wifi (pelo menos no quarto em que ficamos alojado). Gostaria também de chamar atenção que atualmente o hotel está em obras, o que na minha opinião devia estar indicado na altura da reserva. É certo que as obras só começam as 9h mas por exemplo não é possível ter as cortinas abertas pois os trabalhadores estão nos andaimes mesmo em frente as janelas dos quartos.

I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

I stayed for work for 3 nights. The location was ideal especially as I arrived late and left early by train. The room itself was a bit shabby (broken and stained sink, stained carpets etc). However it was clean and comfortable. I did not pre pay for breakfast, but decided to have it on the first morning. At Euros 17.50 it was very expensive so I decided not to have breakfast again. On check in they had taken a card for ”city tax” even though I thought I had already paid this through ******* (approx 7 euros for unknown taxes!). On check out they didn't say there would be any charge. But then proceeded to charge my card almost 60Euros! For two breakfasts I didn't even have and the one I did and of course this city tax. I am still trying to get the hotel to refund me. I do not understand how they can charge you without issuing a receipt, and certainly how they can charge you for meals you never even ate! Surely this is illegal? Shocking.
