Just fantastic. Amazing staff, very clean,spacious,it feels like home in Strasbourg.

Breakfast was good. However a false fire alarm ruined my last day at the hotel. No lifts were operational after the alarm was lifted and i had to carry my heavy luggage down 9 floors to check out.

Location is good for driving into Strasbourg. Ample of free parking around it in a safe neighborhood. Easy to get to city centre with the team. Clean and sufficient studio unit. Had a cosy stay. Breakfast can be better though.

The room was outstanding. It was super clean, the bed comfy and the bathroom very nice. The room also had a kitchenette and a sofa which made us feel like we were in a small apartment. The breakfast was okay. As it was included in the room fare I wouldn't complain. Parking around the hotel was easy and with the tram it was a short to the city centre.

The room was very large and spacious. Both the environment and the service were excellent.

Near to city tram, not too far from the city centre, good location, good room facilities, near to Supermarken

Room size is decent, and near tram station. Breakfast is good and downstairs got a supermarket. The staff Ludovic helped me to do the check in is super friendly.

Good location. Room was big, modern, clean and comfortable. However, the room was only cleaned on every third day of the stay so we only stayed two nights so there isn't any room cleaning. Shower door does not close properly and the floor was wet. Breakfast buffet has good varieties. We enjoyed the breakfast. There is a laundry room which hotel guest can use for free. But there is only one washer and one dryer for the entire hotel guest. This is clearly insufficient. For big brand hotel like Marriott, they should provide more washer and dryer.

It's a nice and safe place to stay in Strasbourg near Strasbourg Convention Centre.

Great location, 10 minutes to the city centre by tram, many restaurants/shops nearby, nice spacious rooms, good gym. Breakfast is a complete chaos, overcrowded, coffee machines didn’t work.

Residence Inn provides all the different amenities that is required for a home kitchen. I'm impressed with all the crockery and utensils provided. They have everything you need. - hob -fridge - dish washer - free washing machine and dryer - supermarket at next building (closes early) Aircon is good and can be controlled internally. I was on the other side of the hotel previously where there was hardly any air.

Though hotel rooms and amenities were clean the staff was unpolite, insensitive and not friendly.

Although I am "Marriott Bonvoy" member, it was not possible to check-out 30 Minutes later than midday! Never had this before anywhere. Shampoo in shower empty. Not a good service at all.

The overall stay and the check-in check-out experience was really nice.
