Great stay on business. Rooms have a nice balcony area. Staff were very polite and couldnt do enough for us. Good parking as we came in a large van. Bar and restaurant was also very good. Hotel is clean and immaculate. Close walk into local amenities

Je trouve que de devoir payer le petit déjeuner en plus pour le prix de la chambre assez élevée et aussi le fait que le prix en ligne était moins cher et que j’ai dû payer un prix plus cher à mon départ . Je trouve bien qu’on puisse annuler la réservation jusqu’à un certain temps car parfois les voyageurs ne peuvent pas arrivé à temps à cause du trafic routier ou d’un accident ou bien même pour une raison personnelle . L’équipe reste accueillante et disponible, la chambre était assez spacieuse et la literie pas mal du tout , la salle de bain très bien avec la douche très spacieuse et agréable . Propreté rien à redire juste peut être ajouter un parfum d’ambiance car ça sentait le renfermé à notre arrivée !

Not talking dirt in the bunks (thankfully) but for as new as it seems, the shared spaces are rough. Bathrooms look rough, half the soap and dryers don’t work (not a good thing for hygiene obviously), the showers were always covered in water and hot water, up for debate. Next, the place is loud. Not hostel, a few people are chatting loud and certainly not 8pm, like the room was basically in the bar and the bar was busy (see next item) till after 1. Sure, we could have closed the window to help a bit but with no other airflow in the room, it’s a choice between super loud and hot/stuffy. Loud won. Last off, during my stay, they were hosting an event which meant a ton of people hanging around. Now the event was for a great purpose and that’s awesome and everyone was friendly too but it still meant the bar was basically taken over by locals who knew each other and filled up the community spaces, instead of a traveler or even a general bar vibe. Not a thrilling thing to find out after checking in. All that said, staff was great, super friendly when I checked in and around the place. The bar / restaurant is well done with a nice range of options and decent prices though I didn’t find the breakfast worth the buffet cost. Like the other locations, rooms are nicely done, bunks have good curtains, power, lights, all the makings of a 10/10, but not.

equipe sympa et souriant, ce trouve juste à côté la petite France (centre ville). la seule chose à laquelle on peut s'attendre est une amélioration du travail de la femme de ménage, elle n'aime pas laver les sols, surtout sous le lit

Bon accueil, personnel agréable. Hôtel situé à 10 minutes en voiture du centre ville, dans une zone à l’extérieur de la ville. Il faut être véhiculé. L’impression de la chambre était oppressante. La déco est restée dans son jus, vieillotte et vétuste. Les toilettes étaient marrons, le fond de la baignoire était complètement usé. Le miroir derrière la porte de la chambre était extrêmement sale avec des traces de crachats. Il y avait des taches, des poils et des cheveux sur les draps. Un hôtel très décevant, ce qui n’est pas le cas de tout les Campanile , heureusement ! Nous avons très mal dormi et nous étions pressés de quitter cet endroit lugubre. Petit point positif : bouilloire, café et sucre mise à disposition dans la chambre. Mais je ne conseille pas cet hôtel car il présente trop d’aspect négatif .

One first sight everything looked okay. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful and speaks English very well. The room on the other hand was outdated, not well cleaned (some hairs from the previous guests) and the bathroom totally flooded after just one shower! Luckily I was just passing through and didn't stay long. The most horrible experience of the stay was that the next day, there was a lady at the reception... Although there is a sign of a French and English flag symbol on the desk of the reception, this lady kept on firing French words at me like there was no tomorrow. I replied in English, and she got irritated even more! She definitely ruined my morning and breakfast (which wasn't great and the place wasn't cleaned just like the knives and forks). So the conclusion is that this accommodation deserves one star and shouldn't be listed on Booking at all! If you want a horrible stay and like to be verbally assaulted, this is the place to be!

we loved the reception, the rooms, the breakfast. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the shower with the essential oils was great The breakfast quality was 5 stars to say the least THe location was not far from strasbourg, 7 mins by car. Great value if you're looking to do the christmas market and you have a car. It was a superbe experience
