Just a 3 min walk from Strasbourg Train Station straight across the plaza. Very easy walk to most sights such as the river and famous covered bridges and towers (5mins) or cathedral (10mins). Large mall and Galleries Lafayette (10mins)Excellent front of house staff (special mention of Gabrielle) who are very welcoming and helpful. Room we had (103) was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable and aircon worked well (very quiet and efficient). We had no noise from either the road or other guests. If I had to find a complaint it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. The breakfast was excellent in quality and choice and again the staff very professional. The breakfast room is very tastefully laid out and modern.

We stayed here for one night. It's a very good hotel in a superb location - very close to the station and to the old town. The room was big, clean and comfortable. There was a decent breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd happily stay there again.

Sehr zentral, fussläufig zur Altstadt gelegen, Parkgebühr täglich z.Zt. 15€, Badezimmer ist extrem eng, Zimmer klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, mir persönlich fehlte ein Wasserkocher, aufgrund Preis/Leistung würde ich das Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

I’ve booked my room from the IHG website and added my boyfriend as the additional guest. I have no idea how but somehow they’ve made the booking under his name, although I was the one who booked and paid the price. Two night before our trip, I’ve received an email stating that they cannot guarantee our reservation since the payment has not been made. I have sent them my bank statement and my confirmation correspondence with the front desk regarding the payment, but they didn’t reply in time. I’ve had to make an hour of an international call from Turkey, but they kept me on the line like half an hour and told me that they cannot see the previous confirmation email sent by them. Even though I’ve told them I will be on the plane for the next day and solving this problem was urgent, they didn’t even bother to call me or email me until the after on the next day. The hotel was nice and decent, but the whole process was problematic for us. I do recommend the hotel but do not recommend the staff.

We never stayed in an Adagio before but if they are all like this….. We had no water in the room on the first afternoon and were not told when we checked in. The room was very small and had a smelly carpet. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken. My reading light was half loose from the wall. The bathroom was terrible, old and with stains. To park the car you need a code for the gate. When you arrive one person needs to go to reception to get this while the other needs to stay double parked outside on a very busy street. What a horrible system. Checking in took very long because the reception took a phone call the middle of it. Very rude. There is no cleaning, only after a stay if a week or more. There was only one roll of toilet paper. How does this work when you stay longer? The airconditioning only goes as low as 24 degrees and shuts off when you open a door or window. It does not go on automatically, you need to turn it on yourself. This was nowhere described in the room. The location is not too great either. 15 minutes walk to petit France and 30 minutes to the cathedral.

Franchement chambre très propre et spacieuse le seul problème à été la douche nous nous somme douché vers 11h et l'eau été même pas tiède alors que nous avons ouvert l'eau chaude à fond et lorsque j'ai appelé l'accueil vers 11h10 la dame m'a dis qu'une personne allait passer j'ai attendu 30 minutes mais personne n'ai passer donc j'ai finis par prendre ma douche et elle était toujours pareil lorsque je suis partie à l'accueil pour rendre la chambre vers 12h10 nous avons dis à la dame que personne n'était passé elle nous a juste dis ”qu'elle l'avait dis à son collègue mais elle ne savait pas qu'il n'etait pas passé” après on lui a redis pour la températures de l'eau et elle nous a dis que l'on été pas les seul à avoir eu se problème et que c'est sûrement du au faite que plusieurs chambres se douchaient en même temps. Je ne trouve pas ça normal cela veut dire que l'installation n'est pas dimensionné pour autant de chambre.

From the moment you walk into the cool reception area and the staff are welcoming, professional and helpful, you can feel yourself rrreeellllllaaaax...aaah! The hotel is modern, everything worked, the A/C is quiet and effective (it was 31C outside during our stay), room was spotlessly clean, had a small fridge in the room (big bonus), WiFi fast and didn't keep dropping out/disconnecting....honestly, I couldn't fault this place, I totally loved this hotel. Additional bonus (I see others have posted photos) was a reasonably-priced option of using the underground car park - you get a 'concrete cell' all to yourself, more than adequate size of loading/unloading the car (and IIRC there are 3 EV Type 2 untethered EV charge points down there). The open-air car park looked to be adequate (and it's free). There are some restaurants nearby, but the biggest bonus is a short walk to the bus stop, a frequent, fast and cheap way to access Strasbourg centre. Breakfast could do some serious damage to your waistline, plenty of choice, staff kept the items replenished (the staff were, without exception, really, really good). A nice evening stroll is to do a circuit of the lake - bonus Did I say how much I liked this hotel? I think you would too....

There's a kind of old-fashioned glamour about this hotel, a lot of art deco features seemed to have been retained when it was renovated. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. With a little TLC it would have merited five out of five, but perhaps it's all scheduled for maintenance over the winter. Breakfast was good if somewhat unexciting, but that might be different during the summer when there are more guests staying. All in all a very good stay and great value for money.

Ttravel nezThe hotel is located right opposite the main station, which is convenient. Though its relatively far from most of the places of interest. We chose it due to our large luggages, it'll be great if they had ramp at their entrance for us to drag our luggage in. 😅
The room is very clean, and we got a free upgrade. Room is consider pretty small even though its upgraded. So be very careful when booking the small room. We were very lucky to be given an upgrade with 2 huge luggages. Breakfast is decent. They had free flows of drinks any time of the day, which is a plus for a chilling weather to have a cup of tea/coffee.
Overall is a pretty decent stay.

We booked the Boma hotel for a short stay in Strasbourg due to its location, as it is right next to Petit France, within walking distance to everywhere in the oldtown, but also only a 8min walk to the train station. We never had to use any transports in the two days we stayed, the Cathedral and other landmarks were only a 10min walk. However, we were also pleased with what we found as the hotel was new, modern but with character. There was music in the halls and lift to set the atmosphere and the decor overall was urban modern but worked very well. The room was not very big but had everything we needed for a short stay: a very comfy bed with memory foam pillows, which granted us a fantastic sleep at night; small desk with a kettle and a variety of coffee/tea; the minibar had water and soft drinks (and were free); there was a large tv on the wall with some media contents (films and music) which were also free for us to use; a safe where we could store our passports, etc during our stay; the bathroom had a good size with a large shower and the amenities were surprisingly good (which sometimes is compromised in smaller hotels). Our room was facing a main street but the windows were double-glazed, so we barely could hear anything from the outside. In the lower ground floor there's a (large) luggage room with large lockers for the guests to use, self-service and free. Since we arrived at Strasbourg in the morning we used it, as check-in is only at 3pm; then used it again after checking out, for a few hours, to explore a bit more of the old town before we took the train to Paris. Breakfast was was fairly good. Mainly continental but there were also scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a supermarket 20 metres away from the hotel, which was quite convenient in case we needed to buy anything during our stay. There is also a french bakery / patisserie just across the road. A lot of other coffee shops, restaurants, shops, etc just nearby. The staff was friendly, provided all the information we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel to visit Strasbourg, as it's perfectly located and has everything that you'll need to explore the old town.

PPengguna TetamuI just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

WWahyu Hwangroom size is decent, location is around 800m from train station, a 10-15 min walk, great location as it's near a lot of cafes and restaurants
if you are taking check-in luggages, you might have it harder when dragging the luggage wheel through stoney paths surrounding the hotel.
closet has no bidet, as european standard, so if you need it, you might consider taking portable electric bidet, water flow is abit small but it's just personal preferences, other than that everything is good

The hotel is centrally located, the room was absolutely marvellous, the breakfast was rich and delicious and the stuff is very friendly, polite and helpful. We had the room No 105, it is wonderfully furnished and the bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool. A perfect place to be for our christmas trip to Strasbourg.

We had a twin room. It seems like all twin rooms face the train track so we could hear the sound a few times in the evening. Good quality toiletries are provided. The tram stop is 500 metres walk and we prefer to take Uber or bolt which is just about 10 euros one way. Strasbourg is well known for its gastronomy. Eat well here! I highly recommend L’eveil des Sens! Take a day trip to Colmar or stay a night there. Hotel let us leave our luggage overnight and we packed a bag pack to Colmar for a night.

The hotel was great but we couldn’t sleep. We stayed 1 night and we asked for the 2 family rooms with a connecting door. The rooms were on the 3rd floor. Our rooms were just above a night club/bar ! We couldn’t sleep all night because of the people screaming/shouting all night. I don’t think it’s a great idea to put families room just above it and on that’s side of the building. Other than not being able to sleep. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was ok.

Après avoir réglé mon séjour avec vous. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour confirmer la réservation. Ce qui a été fait.
Plus tard j'j'ai rappelé une deuxième fois pour avoir un parking et si possible une douche au lieu d'une baignoire, j'ai eu une dame du nom de Justine désagréable qui m'a à refusé les services que j'ai demandé et fini par me dire qu'il fallait que j'annule la réservation avec vous car il n'y avait plus de places pour nous. Je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas possible. Cette réservation n'était ni modifiable ni annulable. Nous nous a dit qu'elle n'en avait rien à faire et qu'en arrivant il n'y aura pas de chambre pour nous.
Finalement nous nous sommes présenté le jour j comme prévu, nous avons eu une chambre et une place de parking. C'était quelqu'un d'autre qui s'était occupé de nous heureusement !
Pourquoi cet affront ? Nous aimerions bien savoir pourquoi ?
Nous ferons une réclamation auprès de la hiérarchie de cette dame.

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot.
