I recently experienced outstanding customer service at Premier Inn Salford Media City, thanks to Mike and Shelter. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist truly made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend Premier Inn for their exceptional customer service, exemplified by Mike and Shelter's professionalism and attentiveness.

The staff are superb .. friendly, professional, knowledgeable in particular Mike Emma, Lizzie Sarah,Jade, Home from home but better! would recommend very pleasant stay. My only criticism is having to go through the centralised number for certain requests which was long winded with wait times. A company issue not Media City branch issue. It is difficult to book online website has restrictions

Mr White has stayed in most of the Media City / Old Trafford hotels and rates this one very highly. Only two things to address: - reception says to ring bell if unattended... there is no bell - room 1018 left bath tap a little loose perhaps a washer problem. No immediate issue but worth alerting maintenance. Otherwise a great night's sleep. Impressive breakfast options. Mr White spotted a colleague taking a very large glass of wine back to their room. Recommended.

Had a lovely time staying at the hotel, staff were incredibly helpful. big thanks to Sara and Lizzy who were so friendly and quick to help me with any problems I might have, will definitely be coming back to stay.

Excellent service at our meal by Sara and Lizzie. Great service at breakfast as well. Room was exactly as we requested and our night's sleep was completely unbroken. Ideal base to visit the Coronation Street Experience and the War Museum, both of which are nearby.

Very clean and the staff very friendly. Food and service was excellent. Room was very clean but bed was not the most comfortable on this visit - unusual as normally excellent. Only point preventing 5 stars is that I could not regulate the room to be cool enough and air con turned itself off during the night making the room very warm as there are no opening windows. This could be improved as it did disrupt my sleep.

The bed was bloody awful, all the ones i have stayed lately their beds have been old and knackered mattress, and the hood night sleep is absolute garbage , will never stay in another premier inn, the one in olbury Birmingham was worst , old smelly and room under the main stairs, v noisy

Couldn't fault the hotel, fantastic place to be over looking the quays, a comfortable 2 day break... we got there early on the Easter Sunday dropped off the case and went for a lovely walk around at 2.10 we decided to head back to see if we could check in..... we was rudely told NO WE HAVE NO EARLY CHECK INs TODAY !!!! ok we said and went out i was very upset about how rude she was As i've worked at a premier inn and other hotels around many years ago and you don't speak rudely to customers like that.... throughout our stay i tried my best to stay out of her way as it was like she wanted the pay but not the work.... the staff member was on the following day BREAKFAST no expression on her face ask ....ROOM NUMBER ANY ALERIGIES SIT WHERE EVER...... then following morning not as bad, when we where leaving she turned to me and my husband and said have a nice day... what a shame could be a lovely hotel ......
