!!! Gleich vorweg: wir haben nach geäußerter Kritik HAUSVERBOT ausgesprochen bekommen und man unterstellte uns, Lügen zu verbreiten. !!! Absolut unprofessionell und lächerlich. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, wird auch derzeit renoviert. Die Auskegware in den uns zugewiesenen Zimmern ist sehr abgetreten. Das Restaurant und die Bar waren „heute“ geschlossen. Dieses Schild galt - ohne Datum versehen- für beide Abende. Schade, denn das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es keine Alternativen zur Versorgung. Der auf Booking.com im Angebot aufgeführte Kühlschrank existiert nicht; man verwies uns auf die Homepage des Hotels, wo dieser nicht (mehr) aufgeführt ist- die Bilder der Zimmer aber einen Kühlschrank aufzeigen. Daher- bitte beachten. Nicht viele Fernsehsender zu empfangen. Löblich war, die Zuweisung eines neuen Zimmers, da die Handbrause vom Schlauch getrennt war und man am Wochenende keinen Hausservice im Hotel hat. Nach der Reklamtion, sagte man uns jedoch, dass die Dusche einsatzfähig war und wir umsonst ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen bekommen haben. Wenn man den reinen Duschschlauch als intakt ansieht zur Nutzung, müssen wir unsere Ansicht einer Duschgarnitur scheinbar überdenken. Aber wie gesagt: wir lügen und haben nun Hausverbot. Ich wünsche den zukünftigen Gästen einen schöneren Aufenthalt .

Praktisch und gut (genug) für eine Übernachtung am Flughafen. Positiv: Das B&B Konzept und die freundliche Dame am Empfang sowie die gute Lage am Stuttgarter Flughafen, fünf Minuten mit dem Auto. Zimmer dennoch ruhig. Negativ: wir hatten als Familie mit Kindern zwei Zimmer gebucht, diese lagen dann aber trotz entsprechender Bitte auf unterschiedlichen Etagen. Schade. Lange Wartezeit beim Einchecken. Fußboden im Bad war unter dem WC nicht komplett sauber. Deshalb nur drei Punkte, sonst eher vier oder fünf.

We spent two nights in this hotel in one of the suburbs/villages of Stuttgart. The hotel is fairly easy to reach by public transport (U- or S-bahn) and a short (5min) walk and is located in a quiet office area. After having checked in, we were given a room but when we arrived at the room the bathroom was full of dirty towels, so we went back to reception and were given another room. This second room was clean from the inside, but its balcony was dirty, including a dirty ashtray. In fact, we would prefer to not have any ashtrays at all, also not on balconies (as smoke from one balcony can still easily blow into a neighbouring room). After some time, our balcony was cleaned though. The room itself was spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the airco worked well without making too much noise. Staff were friendly and helpful, but at times it felt like the hotel was understaffed (for example reception was often not staffed, also during the day). We also had breakfast at the hotel, which was okay with a reasonable selection of foods and drinks. It would have been nice if there had been a bit more choice of food and drink items, including some more local specialties. A nice gesture was that all guests received complimentary ice-creams upon check-in.

Well I went back to this hotel after a visit last year I also wrote a bad review the manager had the manners to reply to my review and said things would improve I am sorry to say they haven’t the breakfast was cold the shower try had mold round the edge, the price of beer was just a rip off 9 euros for a supposedly pint which was half froth 7 euros for a glass of lemonade I am sorry to say I hope never to visit it again but I will have to as unfortunately I have no so we’re we say for 4star hotel it is bad the only good thing was the rooms were clean. I must praise the young barman worked his socks off working on his own

L’hôtel est à proximité de l’aéroport de Stuttgart et à 3 minutes à pied d’une ligne de tramway. On peut rejoindre le centre-ville en moins de 30 minutes. Vous pouvez également faire des courses au Lidl à environ 8 minutes à pieds. L’hôtel est moderne et agréable. La chambre est spacieuse. Je recommande cet hôtel.

斯圖加特市的酒店，在火車站附近，距離斯圖加特中心廣場位置大約1.7KM.租車性價比非常合適，但是如果沒有車，晚上要逛街就稍顯不便了。酒店整體位置還不錯，有餐廳酒吧，1000米遠有越南米粉店，味道好極了。酒店設計的很漂亮，外觀是德國古樸的樣式，大堂設計了中間迴廊進入二層房間，很漂亮。房間是20平，在我的行程中房間不算大，夠用。早餐很不錯整體效滿意，外國人很多，下次願意再回來的酒店。

House keeping often doesn’t make the room. In several instances the room was not made upon my return in the late afternoon (I am usually gone for the day when k stay there) and that was after asking the reception housekeeping could come while I was gone. Their customer service needs to step up.

We did a pit stop here to take kids to Mercedes’ museum. It was not a big event weekend so the area was really dead. Hotel reception was friendly but only 1 person manning the desk so it always seemed busy with queues. Bathrooms are functional and clean but given 4 people were staying in the room, body wash and loo roll ran out as they don’t fully replenish items. I understand the whole green thing but at least put enough toiletries in there. Simple little things like this should not require us to have to chase and ask the staff for these. Especially for a Hilton brand. The other odd thing is the toilet has its own room at the hotel room entrance. That’s great, but there is no sink. You have to walk around the whole room to get to the bathroom to wash your hands. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. It charges silly money for every item on your plate. Literally a single portion of salmon is 15 euros (maybe 150g) with nothing else on the plate. If you want a side, you have to pay for that. Same with the schnitzel. Every single item you add to your plate is an additional cost. Staff was fine but the pricing system was ludicrous. We stupidly followed the tripadvisor reviews for the restaurant and the place was pretty dead. We should have eaten at the sports bar outside which was outdoors and has more ambience for possibly the same level of food. Who knows. The only redeeming feature is we got some discount back from this restaurant because of our club member status. We only stayed here for one night so it was sufficient as a clean functional hotel.

Avoid this place if you have pets. Although not included in their terms and conditions, this is how this hotel operates. Housekeeping will conduct a room inspection after the previous occupant departs. You will not see that inspect sheet when you check in. You will not even know that a room inspection has been conducted. What you will do when you check in is sign an acknowledgment form that you will pay for any damages that occurred during your stay as a result of your pet. The out check inspection will occur after you depart. So, basically, there is an in check and out check inspection, neither of which is conducted in your presence. I offer this as a word of caution to all US DOD travelers because I incurred a charge for damage that the previous occupant’s pet did to the room. Unfortunately, it did not occur to me to record the damage when I moved in. I assumed the hotel caught it and charged it to the previous occupant. They did not. They charged it to me. Here is my recommendation: do not sign anything during check on until you have physically checked the room. Take a picture or record video of every single piece of furniture, every pillow, every blanket, the TVs, the curtains, and the walls. The walls in the kitchen and living areas are not covered with paint. It is a gummy type substance similar to caulk. If you touch it, it will leave an impression. If you run it to try to clean it, it may come off. This hotel staff is dishonest and will try to recoup whatever money they can from you as a guest. Also, if you are a US DOD traveler, share your concerns with the USAG STUTTGART command.
