Hotel berhampiran Rosengarten Villa Berg, Stuttgart

L'hotel mi ha dato la sensazione di aver vissuto tempi gloriosi,come se un tempo fosse stato di una certa importanza,questo per dettagli di arredamento e di servizi nelle camere che un tempo dovevano offire un maggiore confort. Le dimensioni della camera sono ragguardevoli: camera davvero grande con salottino,scrivania e balcone con tavolo e sedie. Lo stile della camera e i suoi arredi rimandano ad altri tempi però ancora oggi son ben tenuti eccezione fatta per la moquette,consumata e macchiata sia dentro la camera che nel corridoio. Al bagno probabilmente è stata messa mano in tempi più recenti rispetto alla camera ma la realizzazione è avvenuta con materiali decisamente economici e si vede molto;in luogo della doccia era presente una vasca idromassaggio datata e non credo funzionante, tuttavia il bagno è stato funzionale a ciò che serviva;nota davvero negativa la mancanza dell'aspiratore. Top : parcheggio gratuito e fermata della metro di fronte all'hotel che porta in centro in 10 min. Per quanto concerne la colazione c'era di tutto e per tutti i gusti anche se la qualità non mi ha entusiasmato.

Resepsiyon gayet ilgili pazar günü her yer kapalı olmasına rağmen bize pastane bulmamıza yardımcı oldu. Odalar gayet temiz, oda düzeni gayet iyi,lavabo tuvalet temiz.Biz 4 kişi kaldık. Oda gayet yeterliydi. Otoparkın ücretsiz olması da büyük bir avantaj.Fiyat olarak da gayet iyi. kahvaltı hakkında bir şey diyemeyeceğim çünkü kahvaltıyı otelde yapmayı tercih etmedik. Tavsiye edilir.

Great hotel, nice rooms, clean and very stylish. Hotel is 10 min with U Bahn from the city. Highy recommended!!!

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

Hotel con bagni condivisi, c'è un errore nella traduzione che può far intendere che ci siano bagni privati in ogni camera ma così non è, i bagni sono condivisi per ogni piano e c'è una doccia condivisa con tutti al secondo piano. Sono disponibili anche camere con bagno privato con un sovrapprezzo. È un po' periferico ma non troppo lontano da una fermata della metro, quindi spostarsi e raggiungere il centro è abbastanza facile. È presente un bar per fare colazione a 9€ e wifi gratuito.

The hotel has had some recent renovations but unfortunately they used direct stick carpet which made the floor very hard. It's fairly close to everything, local train will take you into the town center, approximately 15 minutes. The room was a reasonable size and the bed comfortable. Bathroom was OK but the shower was small. It was unusual to find that the bar and restaurant were both closed . However, close by there is a supermarket where you can buy just about anything. There are also many local restaurants withing walking distance. The gentleman on the afternoon shift was extremely helpful with directions and suggestions. Another positive note, is that the hotel is walking distance to the Porsche Museum, which is a must see.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti qui, l’hotel è dotato di camere che sono a tutti gli effetti dei mini appartamenti, con un angolo cucina per chi vuole farsi qualcosa in casa. L’atmosfera è bellissima, sembra di essere a Rio! La struttura è moderna e ben arredata, il bagno è interamente immerso in un’atmosfera minimal con lo specchio Bluetooth e le pareti decorate come angoli di foresta amazzonica, nel corridoio si sentono i cinguettii degli uccellini quando passi. La posizione è ottima, non è una zona caotica, è un po’ lontana dal centro ma a due passi dall’hotel c’è la fermata della metro con la quale si raggiunge ogni destinazione senza problemi! Lo staff è gentile e super ospitale, sorridente e amichevole. La colazione ottima e molto varia con prodotti tipici brasiliani. Andateci, non ve ne pentirete!

Excellent hotel, clean, well organised and very friendly staff always willing to help. They have some toys for kids in the entrance. Conveniently located not far from the highway, and inside a new office complex with only pedestrian access so it is very quiet and cars cannot be heard. There room had enough space for 2 adults and 3 kids, very comfortable with a small kitchen and utensils. Will definitely book again if around.
