I chose a Deluxe Family with window. Arrived at the hotel, my room was at 302. This hotel doeqsn't have an elevator so I had to climb up to my room for 4 nights. Upon arriving at my room saw that this room had a small window compare to what I paid for a full length window. Felt cheated. Next, we went out n came back but our key card is not working so we are locked out of our room and not able to go into our room. Tried to contact the front desk office. Checked and knew that their office time is from 10am - 6.30pm. Later then this times no one will be at the front desk. So we couldn't get in touch with them. By the way, we came back on the 1st night was 12am midnight. We had no place to rest except to rest on the lobby sofa. We rested on the sofa for 4 hours before we went back to sleep in our car until 7am. Wow! What an experience to sleep on the lobby sofa and in the car. When we told the front desk our experience, they immediately send their staff to check whether our room door is really not working properly. Yes! They checked and is true. They immediately changed us into a lower floor that 202 - 2nd floor. Next night, we came back from outside, someone nicely closed the connection door to the 2nd floor. What we did was bang the door hardly a few things hope that someone from 2nd floor room heard about this banging and came to open the connection door for us so that we can go back to 202 room. This room is way better than our previous room. It has a full length window. Room is brightly lighted up. Sorry no photos. Too caught up with the happenings forgotten to take photos.
