Convenient when traveling with pets. Breakfast ok, but used to be better when buffet style. Sheets need updating to all cotton. Mattress was fine. Seems they do not recycle, would be nice if they did...

Restaurant only served breakfast and all restaurants or coffee shops in the area required driving. I was there for a pet surgery and when I moved the bed to retrieve my pet-there was garbage and stains on the tile under the bed. I worked from my room while there-WiFi was decent and coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave were convenient

Nice clean room that has been upgraded. The breakfast provided is one of the better ones we've had compared to other hotels. Will be staying there again.

Excellent experience! Very easy check in. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large. Bed and couch were both very comfortable. I travel alot for work and my overall experience here was above expections, I would say this place is definitely underrated. The free breakfast provided was amazing! I absolutely know where I will be staying on my next business trip to Sudbury.

I really liked the comfort of the room. The bed and pillows were great and it was nice to have a room with 1 queen bed and one pull out sofa. The sofa is what made the room more usable

Cons:
* Was given a room directly across from the ice machine so heard people filling their buckets late into the night.
* Bright light from hallway leaks through sides and bottom of door and peephole.
* Paper-thin pillows.
* Bedside alarm went off twice in the middle of the night (I didn't set it)...ended up having to unplug it.
* Room wasn't fully cleaned...used K-cup left in coffee machine.
Pros: Good continental breakfast.

I stay at Northbury several times a year because the rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and large. Parking is easy. The included breakfast is 'better than the rest' with lots of fresh prepared items. Some rooms have small TVs, some have great 55 inch tvs for the same room cost. Unfortunately I usually end up with one of the small TVs. :-(
