Kemudahan sokongan hotel ini tidak bagus. Mula-mula mengambil masa lebih kurang sepuluh minit untuk berjalan kaki dari hotel ke kampung. Kalau naik bas kena bayar 220 rupiah Indonesia. Boleh turun bas dan jalan-jalan ke masuk. Menaiki bas mini di kampung ke gunung adalah 50,000. Enam orang mula bertolak. Kedua, hotel tidak mempunyai air panas untuk seorang mencuci dan orang kedua tidak boleh mencuci. Ketiga, hotel lain menyediakan penyesuai , tetapi mereka tidak menyediakannya. Saya rasa lebih baik tinggal di kampung daripada memilih di sini, tetapi makanannya tidak teruk. Harganya lebih mahal daripada tempat lain. Saya sendiri suka rasanya.

They go to great lengths for their guests. We left a small bag in the hotel after checkout to go waterfall. After waterfall our guide was texted about the left behind bag. They eventually sent one staff to bring the bag on motorbike to meet us at Lumbang market ( about half hour from hotel) . Really appreciate the super awesome service. Many thanks Hendri & Bromo Terrace Hotel. Will certainly recommend this hotel because it’s breakfast is sumptuous & ambience is serene too. Good job Bromo Terrace!!!

Staff are very helpful and friendly. However value for money is very poor. Soundproofing is nonexistent so you can hear all the noise coming from the noisy road, other rooms and the reception. Other reviewers talk about the view from this place. It’s nothing special if you have taken in the magic of views hiking (not in some stupid jeep) in the national park.

This hotel is an old building without air conditioning, except for the capsule which is relatively new and not bad for a solo traveler. About half of our guests who stay here complain about the conditions and facilities in the rooms. We think it is necessary to renovate some of the room interiors.
