However on the weekday, no hot water, old coffee from previous day. The house keeping was not done as requested, even I put a request a day before

I liked that we could open a door to the outside, even though there wasn't a balcony. The view was nice. Location amazing. Very comfortable.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The customer service was horrific! They have absolutely no staff. Huge line to check-in and out with one staff member working. The bar and restaurant literally had one employee working with 50 people wanting food and drinks. Our volume on our TV was not working and we could not get a single staff member for almost 2 days to come fix it. There is basically one person cleaning the rooms and you have to ask 24 hours in advance for room cleaning. They don’t want you to keep your skis/snowboarding equipment in the room so they have a rack at the front entrance to put your stuff and someone could just walk out the front with your stuff so no way was I putting my expensive equipment on a community ski rack, so I kept everything in my room. will NEVER stay here again up in Copper Mountain. Stay here if you want terrible service no drinks or food or a clean room.

The hotel is new and well located. The restaurant and food are not that great. It seems very much like the free food at a Hampton Inn or something.

Great location for Copper! Super convenient! We walked to a Mexican restaurant for dinner, about 3 minutes away. After checking out the next morning, we were allowed to park for another day of skiing. We walked along the path to the main ski lift.
We shared the room with our 2 teenagers. The rooms are quite narrow and the bathroom door (covered with frosted glass) is facing one of the double beds. This means that when one of us used the washroom at night it illuminated the entire room.
The breakfast was okay, with good sustaining options.
The exercise room was great!

This hotel has potential, but a long way to go. The front desk needs hospitality training. It would be nice if the parking lot was covered and not a sheet of ice. You can hear a lot of noise through the walls. The coffee maker in the room is very loud. A microwave in the room instead of only the lobby would be nice. It would be good to have rubber mats on the floor near the ski storage so people don’t slip in their boots. I don’t think I’ll try this hotel again.

The staff and location are fabulous. We were very pleasantly surprised with the and features of the hotel, and would definitely stay here again. The only slight negative was the heating/cooling unit in the room. It was not very precise and the room got rather hot, but fortunately we were able to open our window and the temperature was perfect. This would definitely not stop us from staying at this hotel again. This one’s a keeper!
