Cambria Hotel Burbank Airport

The walls are super thin. We could hear our neighbors from next door and above talking and walking around. The fire alarm went off the morning we were checking out. At the time of our check out, the staff didn’t acknowledged or even apologized for the inconvenience.

The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. The new hotel is going through a few hiccups, but overall a good place. I wouldn't bother with the breakfast the hotel has on site. You order online and it requires you to add the tip before you experience any service. I tip on quality of food and service, so I can I tip before I experience any of it. My order was mixed up and had to wait even longer. The bacon came out cold and well over cooked. Then when my toast finally showed up, that too was cold and very hard. No condiments offered at all, no butter, jam or peanut butter, nothing. As well when ordering we accidentally ordered an extra order of pancakes, when made the correction online placing one order to "0" however it did not make the correction. We ended up being charged anyway. We spoke to someone, let them know of the error. They said they would let someone know, took our info and in the end we heard nothing back from them.

I loved everything about this stay. The views were really impressive for being in Burbank, the lobby, rooms, and amenities were all high-end and luxury.

Beautiful room! Everything was clean. It felt really expensive. Only thing is parking was about $30/day

This place was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again

Nice hotel. I don’t know if I would stay parking was $28 a night with a $200 deposit and front desk had no help. She did great but took us 20 minutes to check in. Working with customers hotel needs a back up staff for team members. Hidden fees aren’t for me most likely I won’t be staying here again

Hotel is brand new nothing wrong with the building, staff needs more training they seem to be trying to figure out stuff and they ask for a $200.00 deposite for room insurance.

When I checked in at the front desk, the employee mentioned that I had to pay a $200 deposit, this wasn’t stated when I booked the room. The employee could also not provide, that a$200 deposit was required in writing. We got up to the room, got settled and turned on the TV, the channels nor chromecast didn’t work. I called the front desk to inform them the TV wasn’t working. The employee replied in a very matter of fact way, the TVs aren't working they will be fixed in the morning. We left the room early the next day and we were gone all day. We came back to the room and no one came and cleaned it. The TV’s still weren't working. Long story short, my room was never cleaned my 3 day 2 night stay and the TV didn't work either. Disappointing.

Excellent property! I scoured the internet for a couple of hours looking for a proper stay and I was not disappointed. Very clean! The lighting inside the room was nice. The furnishing and design is very modern. The hotel is just outside of the busy inner city areas but not so far away it’s inconvenient, a perfect combination for me. I would absolutely stay here again. Even with the new construction, I still noticed noise transference from the people above us, but thankfully I was so sleepy I passed right out. When traveling, I use a white noise sound from YouTube and it usually helps. The beds were comfortable and everything felt and looked fresh. Definitely one of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in and the staff was kind and attentive. The lobby looks very welcoming and the parking fee was a reasonable price with a safe parking lot. The quality for the price might be tough to beat in the LA area.
