Hotel Sun City dengan Sarapan

The Palace is perfect for a family vacation. The service provided by the staff was great and everyone was smiling and eager to help. Our rooms were clean with snacks and drinks provided. The only thing missing was a toothbrush and toothpaste in their bathroom. The buffet breakfast at the Palace is a good variety and the service during breakfast was amazing. Staying at the palace is an easy walk to all activities Sun City provides and there are always shuttle buses to take you back to where you need to be. I would recommend staying over rather than a day visit to be able to fully explore and have a good nights rest.

Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.

Bush Bungalows is a great unspoiled gem with in the Sun City resort. Large Thatch Chalet close to the entrance of Sun City. This is not your normal hotel room, more like a bush experience combined with all the benefits of the Sun City Resort. Chalets are large, clean and more than exceptionable. Atmosphere is more relaxed compared to the rest of Sun City Resort hotels. I am a regular visitor to Sun City Resort and this was our third stay this year at Bush Bungalows, our 10th visit this year to Sun City Resort and the 2nd weekend in a row that we visited Sun City. Regrettably this time it was our worst stay ever and clearly the management of Sun City Resort do not care for these Chalets: 1. Check-in what a disaster then we stay in this Bungalow then in that Bungalow and then when we arrived at the Bungalow they booked us into, it was the wrong room and we had to wait almost 45 min for new Bungalows key card.. 2. Air cons not working properly had to get maintenance to clean filters before it worked and according to them they last serviced the units more than 3 months back and they recommended to management to service units more regular as result of construction work in the area but management ignored this request. 3. Show head was broken, when maintenance come to repair Hotel management wanted them to remove broken shower head and replace it with one in another room. But I refuse how can management rectify this and I forced them to go get a new shower head and replace broken one with a new shower head. 4. Water was leaking threw underneath the glass partition in our chalet it was so bad that I slipped and injured myself, did report this and even wrote several email. but up to date no response or apology from Sun International. 5 They advertise in the welcome book in your room that a complimentary shuttle is available, but when you phone for this you are told to find your own transport. Bush Bungalows is a perfect place, just a great pity that Senior Management and Hotel management do not care for this beautiful place.

Great location for safaris and facilities. Could not fault the communication and the staff and safari trips, everything very professionally organised and run. Loved having wildlife on my doorstep - mongoose, warthogs, birds and even snakes! Pictures of wildlife around the lodge. My only criticism would be the food - i think we had been very much spoilt at other hotels we had stayed in during our time in south africa - despite having an evening buffet each evening - there was not much choice of mains (2 types of roast meat) then a stew or curry and some vegetables - often popular choices ran out - if you were staying for a few nights it was very much the same each night - also not cooked or presented to the standards i would have expected for a 4 star hotel.

I booked a 2 night getaway for my husband’s birthday. We have stayed at every property at Sun City excluding Lefika. Our last stay 2 years ago was at the palace. I had high hopes for Cascades however the stench permeating the hotel is disgusting. I think it is coming from the lake that has not been cleaned for months maybe years. We stayed in room 219 however as you enter floor 1 where the Peninsula restaurant is situated. This is where the buffet breakfast is served. The smell permeates the entire floor 1, 2 and parts of 3. ( I did not walk through the rest of the floors Only one diffuser in sight on floor 1, there are 2 lounge areas which cannot be utilised due to the stench. We booked a family room, a sleeper couch for the kids which caved in during the first night. I complained the next morning only to discover that evening the sleeper couch was shortened somehow and my son did not fit on the couch. Whilst the breakfast was great and the service by the staff was great, I wonder if the General Manager walks through the hotel and enjoys the smell of his hotel. The stench even seeped into our room. I have to mention that the family room is very spacious in comparison to others I have booked in the past.

When we checked in, one of the rooms was not ready. Eventually when we got the room the air conditioner was not working and it was very cold and it was late at night after the music show. We didn’t get any help moving the luggage to the distant room.

Sun City is a large resort with lots to do on site for all the family. This was a short visit and I had a pleasant stay. The resort site is big but transport is provide around the grounds. The room is a good size and was suitable for our needs. The food at breakfast had a lot of choice and staff very helpful. The restaurant was busy at breakfast but the queue for food was not too bad. There are a choice of restaurants you can choose from and also valley of the waves is popular if you have children. I also did the safari and this was an enjoyable part of the trip.
