I stayed here for a total of twelve days, and stayed in three separate rooms during that time. I thought the first two rooms were in locations where there was either too much noise in the parking lot from other guests or too much noise in the adjoining room where the housekeepers took their break. The walls are thin in this hotel, so for instance being on the first floor, I could hear the heavy walking in the room above mine. The poor lady in the room adjacent to me was coughing her guts out throughout the day. Overall, I thought all the staff and the housekeepers were professional, respectful, accommodating, and did their jobs well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Internet worked well. Desk space was sufficient. The rooms were all generally clean. I think the walls could use a real wiping down however. The biggest problem here is the noise from the guests. Loud engines, loud music, loud talking, car alarms. There seemed to be activity throughout the night here. This was not a peaceful place to stay.

Been here concurrently for months at a time in between business trips, and the staff here is very friendly and after a while become homely. The location is close to Bay lands park which has walking trials and plenty of open space, there is a market around the corner and there are several restaurants right behind it. The hotel itself has washers and dryers and a snack and drink machine and the rooms themselves are nice, they have 32 inch tv's, pretty good wifi once you get the upgraded version, microwave, stove tops ect.

Large rooms. Easy front desk check in. They couldn't accommodate my request to switch from 2 queens to a king. Which was a bit disappointing since I'm a big man. But the staff was friendly. The room was clean and quiet! I was able to utilize my fire stick on the TV. As the access was adequate. The breakfast was really good. The Omelette was done perfectly. Though you do have to ask the staff for an omelette. I've stayed here several times. Also their sister hotel The Cupertino Hotel many many times. I almost always enjoy my stay!

This is a great place to stay if you are fussy on cleanliness! The staff, are friendly, helpful, kind and caring. Shey and Jesi are 2 staff members l got to know, all, are more than accommodating!! A very enjoyable experience, clean, safe and quiet. I have already booked this hotel for friends that will be coming to visit. The pool and jacuzzi are a great place for some down time! Thanks to all the staff for creating/maintaining this wonderful place!!

I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.

The front desk staff who checked me in was great, Peau, fast checked in, practiced active listening, and provided good instructions from the parking lot to the room. The room was well cleaned with functional design. Quiet, easy parking. Great hot shower temperature. When check out, the front desk asked repetitive and redundant questions in wanting to verify my credit info on file again. This info they just verified the night before at check-in. This is the only reason this hotel that's negative. Otherwise, this hotel would really have received a 5 out of 5. I feel comfortable recommending this hotel. It's in a centralized location in Silicon Valley.

Cupertino hotel is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Heated pool so you can swim or like me workout in water all year round , plus a jacuzzi.
Has its own little ecosystem with trees and plants accompanied by few birds that visit.
Happy hour and breakfast.
Location is 45 minutes form San Fransisco and only 10 minutes from San Jose city centre.
Next to it is ready shops for all your needs , restaurants.

With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.

The staff was not very attentive and they definitely did not pay attention to their computer screens upon check in or check out. I had pre paid my room using credit card points combined with payment. So it was pre paid. I checked my credit card and they had charged me the room fee and parking following my stay. I was only expecting to pay for parking. The company I made the pre paid reservation with is fighting Tetra/Marriott to get my 2nd charge removed. The manager told them I wasn't charged. I sent the reservation company a copy of my posted charge from my credit card statement. This just adds that upon check out, the Marriott app wasn't working, so I told the front desk. I handed them my key cards. Upon check in the parking structure was unsecured, so I thought it was always like that. Upon exiting you needed a key card to leave the front desk had both by key cards. I got out by grabbing a key card out of the return box. The property is clean and very nice. The staff and accounting show incompetence.

6. 早餐就普通，通常是炒蛋、肉條肉排、麵包、水果
7. 旅館隔壁有家韓國超市、斜對面有Safeway超市，走路五分鐘內，非常方便
8. 隔壁有甜甜圈店、中國餐館

PPengguna TetamuJust stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Male Manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Water bottles were offered every time we saw him. Variety of breakfast selections. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. We needed more towels - towels received. Pull-out couch mattress was a little lumpy but was do-able for our 16 yr old son. Would have liked a little more light in the rooms, but opening the shades really helped. Loved the kitchenette with all the dishes, pans and silverware provided. Loved the pocket door to 'close off' the shower/toilet from the sink, and the additional full mirror in the bathroom sink area, so 3 people could be using the bathroom area at the same time. Overall, a nice setting with extremely friendly people. Very good price. We spun the Marriott Points wheel at the front desk. Just a fun, unexpected perk from this nice hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here because of its proximity to Levi's Stadium. It's much cheaper than the other hotels that are close to the stadium. The hotel and the room were clean, the carpets looked new, the staff were nice, and there was a security guard in the lobby at night. I thought the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The rooms have window units for heating/AC and they are sort of loud, if you're not used to that noise it could be something you notice. I don't mind it, it was like white noise to me. If there are people talking and walking by in the hallway you can hear them but I only heard people maybe once or twice. They have free parking, there's a few spots in the front and a lot more around the back. There's also hotel wifi you can connect to. The rooms all come with a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. There's also an ice machine. There is a pool but it was closed when I went because of COVID. The location is really what sold me, it's right off the freeway and if you are going to Levi's Stadium there is a VTA transit stop (Vienna) that is a five minute walk from the hotel. It doesn't get any easier than that. If you come to this hotel with realistic expectations you won't be let down. There's no mints on your pillow or valet parking but it's got what you need, a clean place to sleep. There's a lot of places that are relatively close to eat too. Overall a great place to stay.
