The front desk staff who checked me in was great, Peau, fast checked in, practiced active listening, and provided good instructions from the parking lot to the room. The room was well cleaned with functional design. Quiet, easy parking. Great hot shower temperature. When check out, the front desk asked repetitive and redundant questions in wanting to verify my credit info on file again. This info they just verified the night before at check-in. This is the only reason this hotel that's negative. Otherwise, this hotel would really have received a 5 out of 5. I feel comfortable recommending this hotel. It's in a centralized location in Silicon Valley.

I stayed for one night as a halfway point to a camping trip. The hotel lobby is nice and has a great smell to it. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. Your standard eggs, sausage, waffles, fruits, etc. the room was nice and spacious. Mine had a sleep number bed which was great for me as a stomach sleeper being able to adjust the firmness of the mattress. The room was clean, but you can tell it needs a good deep cleaning of the carpets and scuff marks on the walls and furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The walls are thin and you could hear kids running through the hall and yelling. There was plenty of parking. It was $12. I didn’t get to try the bar or restaurant because I went to the nearby mall instead to shop. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back again.

Cupertino hotel is a great hotel. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Heated pool so you can swim or like me workout in water all year round , plus a jacuzzi.
Has its own little ecosystem with trees and plants accompanied by few birds that visit.
Happy hour and breakfast.
Location is 45 minutes form San Fransisco and only 10 minutes from San Jose city centre.
Next to it is ready shops for all your needs , restaurants.

I stayed here for a total of twelve days, and stayed in three separate rooms during that time. I thought the first two rooms were in locations where there was either too much noise in the parking lot from other guests or too much noise in the adjoining room where the housekeepers took their break. The walls are thin in this hotel, so for instance being on the first floor, I could hear the heavy walking in the room above mine. The poor lady in the room adjacent to me was coughing her guts out throughout the day. Overall, I thought all the staff and the housekeepers were professional, respectful, accommodating, and did their jobs well. The bed was extremely comfortable. Internet worked well. Desk space was sufficient. The rooms were all generally clean. I think the walls could use a real wiping down however. The biggest problem here is the noise from the guests. Loud engines, loud music, loud talking, car alarms. There seemed to be activity throughout the night here. This was not a peaceful place to stay.

This is the best hotel to stay in the whole of South Bay Area including Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto and San Jose. I have been so impressed with the service of all the employees and specifically Madison as she not only helped me at the front desk but I saw that she was prompt to answer my questions and provide appropriate response through the Hilton Honors App too. The Hilton brand experience is also amazing at this place and all the amenities are to the point like Parking, Restaurant, Fitness Centre etc.

The price was right we were able to rent 10 rooms and use the breakfast area for a pizza party for our boys who played soccer it was probably one of the b Best beds that I slept on at a motel. Also, the gentleman in the front counter was willing to do anything to make our stay bettet

PPengguna TetamuThis is a 4.5 star review is for THIS CATEGORY of hotels. This isn't the Ritz or Four Seasons, nor is it a Westin or Hyatt or even a regular Marriott. With that said, I'm comparing this to Fairfield Inn & Suites, TownPlace Suites, Homewood Suites, Embassy Suites, LaQuinta Inn & Suites, etc during March 2022 while we are still coming out of a pandemic. Pro: Close to SJC 900+ square feet Laundry on site $1.75/$1.50 (coin operated is cheaper than using the app, front desk has quarters) Breakfast M-F is hot. SS grab n GO (March 2022, this might be pandemic related) Fitness center 24/7 (cardio and free weights) Arranged like townhouses, each building has 4 units, 2 on street level, 2 upper level. Penthouses include upstairs loft bdrm/bath Coffee daily (Starbucks) Filtered water at front desk dispenses cold and hot We were in penthouse suite which is on 2nd floor walk up (3rd floor is the loft bdrm + bath), parking was right next to the unit Parking $12/night Driving distance less than 10min from so many places (Levi stadium, Great America, Top Golf, Mountain View, Santa Clara) and all major freeways Front desk staff is great, addressed me by name each time and friendly & professional Less than 5 minutes from Whole Foods Santa Clara, which is an Amazon delivery hub so you can ship stuff directly there and they'll hold it for about 2 weeks. Con Floors thump if you're on street level If your building is against the highway, you'll hear some highway noise, bring earplugs. Stairs to loft are not regulation size, almost ladder size so can easily slip down if you have socks and misstep (we know from experience) Shower door would not stay closed during shower Fry pans but no spatula The pullout sofa bed was the absolute worst sofa bed, you could feel the coils on your back, we had to buy an air mattress. Despite the cons, we really liked the drive up to your unit setup (vs a hotel), it felt like living in a townhouse, we hardly saw other guests, and the location for us was perfect, this was our home base for 4 nights and I would stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuVery residential feel to this hotel, as it's like an apartment community. Not too far off of the highway, and a little drive to shops and restaurants. Be aware, if you choose an upstairs room, you will need to go up a flight stairs, no elevator. The fitness center is upstairs of the clubhouse, and there are laundry facilities onsite. You can download an app to pay for laundry if you don't have coins. There may be a charge for soap and fabric softener at the front desk. Full-size fridge and oven and the kitchen has dishes and silverware. Bar counter that you can sit at, as well as a small desk area. Bed is comfy with 4 pillows. This is a nice place. An outdoor pool and basketball court.

The staff was not very attentive and they definitely did not pay attention to their computer screens upon check in or check out. I had pre paid my room using credit card points combined with payment. So it was pre paid. I checked my credit card and they had charged me the room fee and parking following my stay. I was only expecting to pay for parking. The company I made the pre paid reservation with is fighting Tetra/Marriott to get my 2nd charge removed. The manager told them I wasn't charged. I sent the reservation company a copy of my posted charge from my credit card statement. This just adds that upon check out, the Marriott app wasn't working, so I told the front desk. I handed them my key cards. Upon check in the parking structure was unsecured, so I thought it was always like that. Upon exiting you needed a key card to leave the front desk had both by key cards. I got out by grabbing a key card out of the return box. The property is clean and very nice. The staff and accounting show incompetence.

I'm a Hilton Gold Member and was given the perks associated with membership. The room was great although they had some difficulties with the digital key system. We attended the ETB NYE party and had a blast! The music was great and use of the ballroom with the beautiful decor and lighting. We did have to wait a long time for drinks and there was no food available. We ended up door dashing some food and was tempted on going out for drinks. Overall a great venue if they could just staff up for big parties like a NYE party.

PPengguna TetamuOverall is good. Friendly for a family to cook meal in hotel. There are Lucky and one Mexican market with walk in distance. There aren’t many restaurants around. Linkedin headquarter is also easy to visit. Not far from airport and caltrain station. However, going to SJ downtown by public transportation needs more than one hour to go. Self-driving is recommended.

BBeautifulSkaterThe staff are so friendly and truly do care about your needs or concerns. The beds were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel! We slept like angels, even our son slept through the night. The only downfall is the parking lot being small but there's nothing they can do about that.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed here because of its proximity to Levi's Stadium. It's much cheaper than the other hotels that are close to the stadium. The hotel and the room were clean, the carpets looked new, the staff were nice, and there was a security guard in the lobby at night. I thought the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The rooms have window units for heating/AC and they are sort of loud, if you're not used to that noise it could be something you notice. I don't mind it, it was like white noise to me. If there are people talking and walking by in the hallway you can hear them but I only heard people maybe once or twice. They have free parking, there's a few spots in the front and a lot more around the back. There's also hotel wifi you can connect to. The rooms all come with a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. There's also an ice machine. There is a pool but it was closed when I went because of COVID. The location is really what sold me, it's right off the freeway and if you are going to Levi's Stadium there is a VTA transit stop (Vienna) that is a five minute walk from the hotel. It doesn't get any easier than that. If you come to this hotel with realistic expectations you won't be let down. There's no mints on your pillow or valet parking but it's got what you need, a clean place to sleep. There's a lot of places that are relatively close to eat too. Overall a great place to stay.

PPengguna Tetamu1st room, the bed was broken and we found dead roaches. Stayed for a week. 2nd room, the bed was much nicer. The owners stand outside of the doors and listen to your conversations. Have family meetings. The woman stands by the doors all day watching. After 3 days, they insisted they had to come in and clean. I told them i was sleeping due to working nightshift. Then they came to my door and insisted on coming in to inspect my room. Seen it was clean and left. I think they were in my room while I was gone also. Hotel was fine. The owners were aggravating.
