Hotel Osam - Adults Only

Everyone says the same. Beautiful small hotel. Very clean and welcoming. I have to say the staff make this place . The manager ( sorry I can't remember your name ) was so friendly and up graded our room which was beautiful. I have a special thank you to wonderful Sasha !! She looked after me whilst I was poorly and taught me some more Croatian... If you are looking for a relaxing break,no children good food and fabulous staff....look at Staying here.... Croatia remains beautiful and I miss your country. Hvala ti i dovidenja ❤️

Great hotel in a wonderful location. The views across The Adriatic Sea and the harbour at Supetar are magnificent. Our requests for a particular room were met to the letter. The entire hotel is impeccably kept. The staff were so pleasant, helpful and professional at all times. We stayed for 12 nights and ate in the hotel restaurant every night. The quality of the food and service was excellent. Tables were cleared promptly and the waiters were always very accommodating. The outdoor dining area was perfect with a relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast could be taken outside too and was buffet style with plenty of choice. The roof top terrace and bar was amazing with fabulous views. Highly recommended.

This is by far the best holiday hotel we have been to. We stayed here for 11 nights on a jet2 holiday. It was the best holiday we have had. The hotel was immaculate. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff are the nicest friendliest people iv ever met. They couldn't do enough for anyone and nothing was too much trouble. From the minute we arrived to when we left we have never felt so comfortable. I would return every year and never leave. Croatia is a must visit place for everyone. Thankyou for our amazing stay we loved it.

I don’t know where to start really, the best part of this hotel experience was some but not all of the staff. We were welcomed to this hotel with a whole list of do’s and dont’s reinforced again when you put the TV on. Most if not all of these policies benefit the hotel not the guest. This hotel has the most bizarre policy of not servicing the room the day after guests arrive, I’ve never heard of anything like it in all of the countries I have visited. To make matters worse when it was time for the room to be eventually cleaned the service person ‘ forgot to do it’, we arrived on Saturday at 2pm and the room didn’t get serviced until the following Tuesday. The food and drink was mediocre at best, who on earth puts carrots in a fish soup , also the waiter was adamant that an original Greek salad has lettuce in it!!! there is a very poor wine menu, probably the worst I’ve ever come across. It just smacks of polite unprofessionalism and a serious lack of knowledge. We found the front of house lady panicky and rude, particularly when it came to checking out where we were told that the pick up for the boat was at the ‘usual’ place as a slip of paper was waved in front of us. How are we supposed to know where the usual place is?. The pool area is like 50 sea lions around a bath, we went once but the sea is a much better option. The breakfast was ok but no egg or omelette stations. We have given this place 2 stars because some of the staff (Naum and Christian and the young barman who made the Negronis) were very good and its location is great, as is the view from the rooftop bar but I just don’t get the celebration of mediocrity from some of the reviews I have read, particularly regarding the food.

What an absolutely fabulous hotel and location. This was our first visit to Croatia, but we will certainly be returning to this hotel. Our 9 night stay was absolutely perfect, not one issue to report. The staff are so friendly, attentive and great fun. They go out of their way to make the guests stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, we had an upgraded room which was stunning, an amazing surprise. I am sure the harbour view room we requested would have been great, but the upgrade was a different level altogether. The beds are extremely comfortable, the air conditioning units worked faultlessly (very rare in most hotels). The wi-fi coverage throughout the whole hotel, including the rooms and the sunbathing/pool area was the best I have ever experienced in any hotel. And then there is the food. The restaurant which can be either outdoor or indoor (we ate outdoor every evening as it was so warm). The half board menu has multiple choices for the 3 course dinner. There is the option to pay 14 to 18 Euros extra per person for upscaled dinner items such as steaks, chops, beef etc. However, the included dishes on the menu were all superb, during our 9 night stay, we tried most items on the menu between the two of us. A pre-dinner drink on the Terrace Bar on the upper floor is highly recommended, especially at it overlooks the most beautiful harbour (only 1 minute walk away from the front of the hotel). Stunning sunset views are also a plus with the Terrace Bar. A very popular, adults only hotel for a very good reason.

We stayed for 9 nights for our honeymoon in May 2024 and had the most amazing time. The hotel is amazing and the staff were absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the villa which was stunning and had excellent views into Supetar and an amazing huge bath. The room was spacious and interior design was so lovely. The pool is small but provides great views and was never busy (which was great). The food was incredible and the waiting staff were so lovely and friendly. We thought we would get bored eating there every night but every day the food was fantastic as we worked our way through the menu. The rooftop bar provides amazing views across the the other islands.

The proximity to the harbour is a bonus. In less than five minutes you will find yourself in the beautiful lobby of the Hotel Osam. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Sasha. She gave us a tour of the facilities (gorgeous roof top pool and sauna) and took us to our room which exceeded all expectations. Our base for 5 nights was Garden Cottage 4. This accommodation is spacious, tastefully furnished, and has multiple balconies where you can catch the sun, and amazing mountain/harbour views all day. It really was perfect. We stayed on a half-board basis. This included sumptuous breakfasts and delicious a la carte dinners. This property offers excellent value for money and is in a great location for exploring the island of Brac. We would recommend the Hotel Osam to everyone. A huge thanks to all the staff, especially Sasha who made our stay memorable.

The hotel is a rare gem. It had everything, starting with a friendly and super helpful reception. We were upgraded to a suite without charge. The room was unique, with the walls still the refurbished stone wall of the original house, but stylish and with all the modern conveniences. The pool was still heated and clean and refreshing. The sun deck was cozy and there were lots of possibilities to sit in the inner courtyard surrounded by flowers. The restaurant is sublime. It has an entry in the Michelin Guide 2023 and well deservedly too. The service was excellent, the food an absolute pleasure for the taste buds and the atmosphere was friendly. The rooftop bar serves cocktails and mocktails while we were relaxing in comfy seats with a view of the Supetar marina and Split on the mainland. We only stayed one night, it was a birthday treat for my partner. He also received, a much needed massage, which was, according to him, done very professionally and he was quite happy with his back afterwards. I would highly recommend this hotel. If we ever want to treat ourselves again, we would definitely come back here. No boring half board buffet dinner but a bespoke three course meal was really the icing on the cake.

Hotel Osam was a wonderful gem of a hotel located a stone's throw from the port area in Supetar. Our room was very spacious and had a great view of the harbor. We were in a suite and appreciated there were tvs in both the bedroom part and the living room part. Breakfast was delicious and hotel staff were incredibly friendly. It was too cold to dine outside but both the outdoor patio area off the dining room and the roof deck located amazing for when the weather gets better. I would definitely stay here again.
