Waterman Svpetrvs Resort - All Inclusive

The Waterman Kaktus on Brac Island is a huge complex with lots to do for all ages with friendly staff. Clean but outdated. Said yes for a ckean but no one appeared back!Linen thin, pillows flat, shower temp iffy. Pool table old, bad cues, no chalk! Food variable and not always hot. Towels reserving sunbeds annoying by pool but states not allowed, no policing.

It's a little frustrating to have to write this after just a few days of staying here, I hope the management can act upon things raised quickly but reading between the lines on a few other reviews I wonder... The hotel is nice, the grounds are very beautiful and the staff are all doing good work. Two massive things that would make the life of the guests a 100 times better...... 1. Why is smoking permitted anywhere near any of the pools? we are in 2024 and most people know you have to be an ***** to smoke, so it's seriously not cool that at a hotel that is focused on families lets children see and breathe in this disgusting smoke. 2. We have been on numerous package holidays over the years, some with Ving recently and I have to say the food is utterly awful. I do not expect to see boiled vegetables 3 times a day including breakfast. There isn't even a continental breakfast offered!! Lunch and dinner today the same overcooked roast beef was offered and the variety is simply really poor. This is the main thing that really needs lifting, otherwise a nice hotel! Fix this and the place is definitely worthy of more stars.

Written while still here. On the one hand, the location is beautiful. A short walk from Supetar and on a lovely pebble beach. The hotel buildings are nice and the rooms are clean. It’s perfectly fine. But on the other hand so much about this place makes absolutely no sense. No bin in the room. Your room will be cleaned once. If you want extra cleaning, that’ll be 20 Euros. Never stayed anywhere before where two toilet rolls and your towels are expected to last you 3 or 4 days. Emptying my own bin isn’t the end of the world - if only there were somewhere to empty it! Which bit of the ground are which? It’s entirely unclear what is Kaktus and what is Suneo. Rosie’s kitchen is next to a gym and ice cream bar that we ARE allowed to use. But we AREN’T allowed to use Rosie’s kitchen. Why? And that brings me on to the food/all inclusive. I’d suggest the all inclusive is scrapped because it is nothing like the all inclusive visitors will have experienced in Greece/The Canaries/Egypt. Poor quality syrupy cola/lemonade or watered-down-weak orange juice. The food is fine (I’m really not a fussy eater or some little Englander, who wants a roast or a fry up) but it is very limited and very repetitive. Like a buffet on Scooby Doo. We have eaten out for lunch and dinner every day since the first day. There are lovely restaurants in Supetar. Of course, that’s fine if you can afford it. If you’ve budgeted not to spend any more (and why would you, it’s supposedly all inclusive?) you will struggle with what’s on offer. The hotel would be better off offering Bed and Breakfast or half board. I’ve spent plenty of extra money this week and none of it went into the hotel. That’s got to be telling them something.

The animation crew made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Karlo, Sofie and Alex were willing to go above and beyond for the satisfaction of all visitors. Great work and I am looking forward to coming back again to Brac, thank you very much and keep it up!

I really liked the environment of the complex and the staff was amazing. Perfect animation team gave us an amazing memories from this place, you can find them all day on the pool with great energy. Alex, Nico and Sofia are amazing people from this hotel. Also all staff is really kind and friendly what is the most importantly for us. We will come back for sure!

We had a great time during our visit, food was not exellent but other things like animation team was on good level, we played padel etc.Sofie, Alex and Nico. Swimming pools are good and clean, sea is on 50 meters from the hotel what is really good.

Great hotel and food! Very funny events and activities with the animation team especially Alex, sofie and nico who made my vacation extremely enjoyable. We arrived very late on the evening but the entire animation team were there to help us and greet us which was amazing! Only negative thing was the cocktails, i would like more cocktails to choose between.

Our class made a great choise to come here in Croatia. It has been an awesome week and it's a shame that it came to an end this quickly. The best thing about staying at Waterman Supetrus has to be the animation team, especially Alex, Sofie and Nico. They have been super friendly and provided us with many different activities. I would definitely come back here some time again.

We came to the hotel with a group of 12 students and our teacher. We are a business class from Finland. We had the most amazing holiday in Croatia and in Waterman. We especially loved the animation team in the hotel. We had a great time with them, and became close with Alex, Sofie and Nico! Also all the staff were really kind to us and always smiled. First day when we arrived to the hotel really late the animation team helped us with our luggage and one manager called Yoan also helped us on arrival. Thank you so much to everyone!
