Hotel di Surabaya dengan Kolam Renang

Good location. The room was clean and spacious, overlooking the city centre. Hotel staffs are friendly, easy going and courteous. Morning breakfast was awesome, lots of local cuisines. It takes less than 10 minutes drive to Gubeng train station.

Stayed one night in deluxe room. The room is big with a comfy big bed and great view to the river from the 11th floor. A hot shower, a separate sink in the room, a fridge, a desk to work, and a microwave. Curtains could be washed more to have a better view but i understand that is very difficult to take them away because the ceiling is pretty high. There is a swimming pool in the hotel also.

”The location was superb, with a variety of food cafes just a stone's throw away. However, the shower was a bit of a letdown as it didn't deliver warm water despite my attempts to adjust it. The view from my room was also not as captivating as I had hoped. On a brighter note, the personal touch was delightful – a warm greeting from Zaiful Ali and a charming elephant-shaped towel display added a unique touch to my experience.”

Today (23/12) i stay in Crown Prince Hotel Surabaya, I don’t know how many times i choose Crown Prince for my me time place. You can get what you expected. Nice staff from the doorstep. Warm and i don’t know how to say all the nice word for the staff. They did a great job for making me feel “always” like pulang kerumah. I hope in this uncertain situation, all the staff and employee always happy and healthy. Warm regards to all the staff from the doorstep and back office staff and all the employee. I can’t wait to stay in Crown Prince again. Love you!

the hotel is very clean. the receptionist is very friendly. recommendations for those of you who want a staycation in the Suarabaya area.

Location of the hotel is the best! It's in Jalan Tunjungan area which is the most crowded pedestrian street in the center of Surabaya, and Tunjungan Plaza Mall which is the second biggest mall in Indonesia, just across the street! The hotel itself was okay. I was on 12th floor so I got a very beautiful view. Bed was nice, pillow and TV were nice, carpet was clean, AC was not cool at first but we called the staff and he fixed the problem. But the bathroom wall was not that clean, and the shower leaked to the ceiling. The amenities was just okay, and there was a fridge cabinet but no fridge inside 🤣. Honestly I expected better than this, because the price of the room, and the hotel brand, Swiss Belinn, is famous. Breakfast was nice, they got decent choices of food and the taste was nice, too. They had a basement but it was small I guess. So we had to park at the empty field outdoors beside the hotel. It was so hot but they got security to guard the place. But overall good location, tho, and pretty comfy.

The hotel has a clean feel, staffs are efficient, friendly and helpful! We had Stephenjen check us in and was so helpful with our early check in and also sound us out about our booking as we had double booked by mistake; the Grand Kitchen breakfast had quite a nice selection of food for breakfast. The staffs were really friendly, efficient and hardworking! Special shout out to Ms Citra, who made us feel welcomed, Tri and Randi who were helpful and hardworking! Thank you for these lovely people who reflect the people and culture here - kind, respectful and service oriented.

nice hotel and nearby to attraction. I had work at West Surabaya but stay at the center was a great decision. Near to the cafes and restaurants. also you can meet the car free day on sunday morning! the bed at quest always excellent and minimum noise.

Terima kasih, mendapat peningkatan percuma di grand deluxe plus bathtub, hotel ini selesa, terdapat kemudahan penggera pembesar suara ihome, bersambung ke Ciputra world mall, sofa lembut dan estetik, kolam renang tanpa batas dan jakuzi ada di tingkat 22 ada juga ruang eksekutif dan sudut gim di sana. pekerjaannya cukup luas tetapi tidak ada nota atau pena yang disediakan seperti hotel lima bintang pada amnya, dan terdapat sedikit kekurangan di bilik mandi seperti bunyi orang yang datang dari bilik sebelah, pintu bilik mandi yang rosak tidak dapat ditutup dengan betul dan air dari mandi mandi berbau.
