Upon arrival, we discovered bed bugs in our room! Shockingly, staff attempted to address this issue by sweeping the bugs off the bed with a brush! The provided bed linens were filthy, and to top it all off, our room's fridge malfunctioned, causing our food to spoil. We attempted to address these issues, but it resulted in a disruption lasting until 2 am. They offered another room as an upgrade, which did little to alleviate the situation. The manager, Waseem, was dismissive and unhelpful. He refused a refund, despite the severity of the problems. His excuse? We supposedly appeared "happy" the next morning (according to his staff), a claim we vehemently refute. Wasim Ahmed (manager) raised his voice during our interaction, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of offering a refund, his "courtesy" entailed a single free dinner. This insulting offer did not address the constant stress and inconvenience caused by their negligence. Somnath Majumdar also was not helpful at all and did not attempt to solve the issue. Our two rooms, meant to accommodate three guests each, were consistently left with only two towels. This was simply unacceptable, especially with a busy schedule. The only positive note worth mentioning was the staff at breakfast - Vaishali, Mihir and Rani. Ramee International fell woefully short of basic cleanliness standards and provided an abysmal level of customer service. We urge everyone to avoid this establishment. Save yourself the stress and find a hotel that prioritises guest comfort and well-being.
