Nice and Clean Rooms, Staff is very co-operative, Location is very near to Railway station. Easily available transportation. Reception Manager is so Friendly take care of everything. Greate with smile everytime when u come in or out of hotel. Very comfortable stay here. Highly recommended.

This is such a lovely hotel I would highly recommend it the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and in the perfect area for wedding shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel which serves delicious breakfast and food all day. A young woman called Ashika was so lovely and she really looked after us and knew exactly what we needed for breakfast and would keep it ready for us. We were a group of nine people and all 5 rooms were on the same floor very spacious and clean. I will 100% be going back there. Thank you to all the staff for your help.

Location- bang on vip road. Very spacious rooms. Nice decor. It’s a new hotel. Counter staff is helpful and courteous. Nearby options for choice of food. Support staff - needs training in behaviour, as most of them are from north india and have no manners. The cleaning guy decided to scrub the lobby carpet at 12. 00 in the night and sing bhojpur songs also. That was initially hilarious but then became very irritating.

One of the few good hotels in surat. The staff is very courteous and rooms are clean with full glass mirrors. Rooms are spacious also they have a banquet hall which can be used for events. Definitely worth the money.

Comfortable budget hotel to stay in Surat. Budget Inn is close to the Surat Railway station and the station can been seen from the room too. The surroundings are quite & peaceful around the hotel. This is more of an business than an leisure hotel, though ours was an vacation trip to Surat and we had booked 3 rooms. The ***ager ensured all our rooms are next to each other. Rooms were quite clean and bed linens were fresh. Overall ambience was above our expectations considering the hotel is an pocket friendly hotel. Breakfast spread was nice and food was tasty, even room service was pretty fast and whatever we ordered seemed fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hospitality of Staff is appreciable , Taste of Food i.e. Breakfast , Lunch , Dinner is Very Nice. Restaurent Manager with Entire Staff offers Nice Services General Manager of Surat Mrs Neeta takes care of Guests which is highly Appreciated. In short All Hotel executives and Staff take care or look after Guests Nice way.

Great Place to stay where you get all the comfort. This hotel is having pool, gym and travel desk. I generally stay in Marriot, but this is my first choice now. I spoke to the Mr. Anand (Manager) who was really helpful in giving me the deal for suite room and prompt response from his team made me surprised. You need to book this hotel in advance bcz this isb one of the busiest hotel in surat.

We were on a business trip and booked the lords plaza outside of Surat as it was nearest to the industrial area we were visiting. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel, from cleanliness to friendliness of the personnel. Housekeeping staff on duty, ensured that our stay was comfortable and he even printed out my boarding pass to ensure that I can access the airport without issues. The breakfast options are exceptional and the dining selection pretty spectacular. I ate dinner at Charcoal, the outdoor restaurant next to the pool and it was one of the best meals I have had in my life! This hotel is a true oasis... Especially thanks Mr.Raval ji

Great friendly service. Young boy Rahul at reception ***** with other staff (girls) were very helpful and prompt in service. Wish we had breakfast included with booking. It was online glitch but staff did their best to help. Room service was quick and of good quality.
