Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. The staff were nice but the first room we were offered had not hot water. We were then moved to another room after we spoke to the staff but the hot water only worked some of the time. The room was also quite small with no windows

Absolutely disgusting dirty room the toilet was disgusting I booked 5 nights only stopped 2 .room I booked said balcony was false advertising. No balcony. Had to pay extra for room with balcony. Said hot water no hot water..

I arrived 2 hours earlier and was checked in immediately, for which I thank you very much. The room has panoramic windows, light and beautiful. However: Of the obvious disadvantages - the location is far from any infrastructure and VERY dirty. There was someone else's black hair on the bed linen, a lot of it. The linen did not leave a feeling of freshness, as if it had not been changed since the last guest. The reception staff does not speak English.
