Nous devions passer juste une seule nuit avant de prendre le ferry de bonne heure le lendemain matin et nous avons choisi cet hôtel . Super !!! Pas déçue du tout !!! L’établissement est très bien placé ! La décoration est super, très originale, moderne et l’hôtel est très très propre! Dans la chambre, le lit est particulièrement grand, on peut même dormir à 4 tellement le lit est grand, tout est fonctionnel, un grand bureau plein de prises électrique, une belle douche, même le shampooing et le gel douche sentent bon, tout est parfait. La seul petit reproche: un grand rideau occultant qui sépare la chambre de la salle de douche, et des toilettes…un peu gênant pour les toilettes… et la rideau de douche en plastique blanc qui dénote avec la super déco de la chambre… Mais franchement pour une nuit, c’est génial ! Nous avions pris le petit déjeuner et tout était parfait. Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Si je retourne à Suratthani, je reviendrai sans hésiter dans cet hôtel !!! Il s’agit d’un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel !! 👍🏼Bravo pour la déco !!! Bravo pour tout !!! 👍🏼

One soon gets the feeling that management policy is cutting corners. From the lack of product in the bathroom, thin towels, extra thin toilet paper, thin tissues on the breakfast table etc. Having said all that, this rather large hotel is well designed with a beautiful foyer reception area. Pool is rather ordinary though. Our room is large with a sofa and a small balcony. Riverview is minimal from our balcony. The most interesting thing for us about the river is a house built in the river and takes up most of the river in front of the hotel... quite bazar. See photo

Positive: Good location near the city center. Very easy to access to main attractions, pier and foods. Nice and more to modern hotel compare to another local hotels in the town. As Thai, B2 is the list that I always choose but for this branch there are many things to improve. Negative: cleanliness of the room is the worst B2 that I ever stay. Bedsheets dirty, mold in the shower seems like they never deep clean. Hair even in the minibar. Feedback pass to staffs to improve significantly. Staffs service could be nicer but compare to the tier as budget hotel. I can rank them to 4/5. However, my only 1 night here. I asked for more pillows and they said we are out of stock and then done.

The Evergreen Suite Hotel is well situated for anyone spending time in Surat Thani town. The price is also more than reasonable at 590 Bt for a Superior Room and 690 Bt for a Deluxe room. Yet it is not a real hotel and has the feel of a serviced apartment, not having a restaurant and offering no food. This is not a major problem as there is 7-11 at the end of the Soi and very good restaurants nearby. Overall, the Evergreen is a reasonable choice for a night or two. It is clean, the water is hot and the bed comfortable. The Internet worked fine and there was the normal choice of Thai TV channels but no international channels. There are some ”interesting” design flaws in the room, with wooden shelves sticking out from the wall and an annoying ill-placed soap dish that one keeps hitting in the shower, but these are minor quibbles.

Saya akan mengesyorkan tempat ini kepada sesiapa sahaja, saya melakukan dua (1) malam menginap di sini semasa saya menunggu untuk menaiki feri atau penerbangan dan kedua-dua kali saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini! Sesuai untuk pasangan atau keluarga kerana terdapat kafe di dalam hotel. 7-11 berdekatan dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Tiada aduan daripada saya di tempat ini. We stayed here to be close to the airport, so location was not great. Really your quite in trouble if your hungry, so make sure to hit up the surrounding malls before they close at 9pm. Or your only option will be 711 (which isn’t terrible!?) We were reluctant to stay here after a bad experience with B2 Ao Nang. But this one was MUCH better ran!! Cleaner , and the staff was so wonderful! It is a great bang for your buck. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they had a gym!

It's claimed to be one of luxury hotels in Surat thani .its location near SriVichai juncyion where central plaza shopping center and lotus go fresh superstore are in vicinity. It's a huge 20 storeyed builfings with more than 400 guest rooms and facilities, including convetional rooms, restaurant, karaoke, fitness center and pool. Room's tnterior is comfortable spacious with view of farsight .Bathroom provides both shower and bathtub. Closet is bid with hanging sticks for shirts, dresses. It's quite quiet because not many guests at yime of my stay.

This ageing but very well cared for, wheelchair friendly hotel was perfect for a transit stop en-route to Koh Samui apart from 2 things. Firstly, the location on Google Maps is hopelessly inaccurate, and the best advice the staff could give was to find Lotus's (could have been worse, they could have said 7-11). If we could find Lotus's, we'd be able to see the hotel from there. Second problem was, after a long journey, we did not want to go in search of food. The hotel restaurant was not open for evening meals. Staff directed us to a street food place, just outside the hotel - not very nice, and we left more than we ate. I got the feeling we suffered because the hotel was still getting back on its feet post Covid. I would most definitely recommend this hotel as a transit stopover en-route to the islands.

ชชั้นชื่อผักกาดสถานที่จริงตรงปกทุกอย่างเลยค่ะ ทำเลดี ติดถนนใหญ่ บรรยากาศเงียบสงบและผ่อนคลาย ระบบความปลอดภัยของห้องแน่นหนามาก พนง.บริการดีทุกคน แต่เรื่องอาหารเช้า เน้นหนักไปทางอาหารพื้นเมืองมากเกินไป ไม่มี American Breakfast นอกจากขนมปัง/ชา นม กาแฟ เราเห็นคู่สามีภรรยาต่างชาตินั่งทาน ยังคิด เขาจะทานได้มั้ยน้อ ขนาดเราคนภาคกลาง ยังทานได้แค่หมูทอดกับข้าวสวย แล้วก็ขนมปังเลย ทั้งนี้ เราว่าบางทีเรื่องอาหาร อาจมีการสลับสับเปลี่ยนไปก็ได้ค่ะ

Rooms are big, sheets are clean and bathroom is modern and clean too. Wifi os good. A very nice hotel. A good choice while you're visiting Surat Thani.

PPengguna Tetamuanyone who has stayed at a Hop Inn knows the story; the rooms are small, clean, modern, and well maintained, selling value as a main draw. they've added a breakfast to this one, the first one set up that way, according to my son (not such a great reference, but we've stayed in others and never saw that). the breakfast is pretty basic, coffee (which they already had), an instant version of orange juice, toast, fried eggs, and basic congee, but it works as a light bite to eat to start the day. oddly the cost didn't increase for adding that; it's still in the 650 baht range, quite inexpensive. they should probably add a bit of depth to the breakfast and include it as an option, adding a fee, since otherwise it's coming straight out of their profit, but it's a good enough set of aspects acting as a draw that maybe it keeps them more full. location is fine related to nearby shopping but I would imagine it's more for travelers passing through, or people actually staying in Surat. there's a go-kart place right beside it that was pretty cool, with really advanced karts at minimal cost. if you travel through with kids you should check if timing works out to do some laps there.

PPengguna TetamuEveryting was perfect but upon arrival as we checked in at noon , the lady at reception unfriendly and not made the resevation on system for us yet even we booked on trip.com one day before and informed us that we have no reservation yet as we let her khow double check on system. Then we booked the room include breakfast but she never informed us about the breakfast menu , time till night we met other lady at reception and asked her about the brwakfast menu and time. In the morning time as we met the staff at the restaurant but no smile and the mood on their face look like we disturbance them. We apologise if we expect that thing from the the people who did service job.

The decor is lovely, the rooms are neat and clean, the beds are very good but the amenities are lacking. the rooms provide a pot to make hot water and coffee cups to go with it but no coffee or tea is available. The only soap for a shower were the small standard bars of soap no body wash or gel as is customary here. There was shampoo however. As we walked about last night we noticed that there was a large restaurant and entertainment venue along the river but it looked like it had been closed for many months. Breakfast this morning was the worst that I have had in Thailand. We had to select from a menu when we came in yesterday and I expected to go down to a restaurant and eat but it was delivered this morning to our door and all of the food was cold, especially the eggs which I abhor. I don't remember the price difference between a room with or without breakfast or even if there was a price difference but this was a poor attempt at any kind of breakfast. I am very disappointed. Lastly, I will say that the views are very nice and we are on the highest floor, the sixth floor period with a view of the river and downtown Surat Thani.

This year, I rent the room here around 2 months and 2 weeks because of long vacation. I thought they changed hotel management, staffs, product quality, standard of service. During staying there, on April in my room there were the foot print on the floor a lot. Someone entered my room behind my back. In that time I didn't report to police station. Due to long term of relationship. And the check out date on yesterday, they sent me the pictures and also VDO Clip to show me that I should pay for the floor cleaning if it cannot remove. It is the big spot of coffee on the floor and left for extremely long till dry. My question 1. Hotel including cleaning services. It is meant you have never clean the room for me properly for long time. This picture is the best evidence of your careless. You let's your customers stayed with the dirty things and terrible smell for long time. 2. This spot is under the big bed. I don't think I have enough ability to move the big bed or enjoy drinking coffee under the bed. 3. Hotel know my conditions very well. I am heart failure attack patient. I can't drink any caffeine at all. 4. At the room checking time on check out minute, why don't you block me and show me about this dirty spot in front of my eyes? Normally, hotel nature, if you didn't get the money from your customers yet for any damages things in the room, impossible to release the customer. 5. The picture can make. Because I cleaned this room by myself before leaving. No dirty spot on the floor. If hotel sure that there is the big spot in the room, and I have to pay the penerty. Hotel should inform me direct and take me to the room. Unfortunately, the feedback from the hotel after I asked them these questions, they keep silent like blocked me completely. And they said they don't want to welcome me and my daughter anymore. Me too...by my honest, the unsucrity place like this. When you have any problems with your customers, at least you should reply the question from your customers with fact and sincerity.

PPengguna Tetamuafter one day-drive from Bangkok we got the hint from another place and walked in - they are not good in english language, but extremely helpful and made us very good price for ”overnighting” before we planned the ferry to Ko Phangan. The Hotel is extremely clean, and provides very good rooms with good internet. The swimming pool is not large but very, very cozy - so we had good refreshing swim after 800 km driving - they do not prepare any meal, no breakfast, but for stop-over it does not disturb at all. Parking is safe and easy directly accessible by elevator to the room - just convenient ! We shall be there again, as the overall service is super and convenient and prices are very nice!

The location is just over the bridge the other side from the main town but it is quite peaceful and very easy to access the night markets. I would recommend renting a moped or even a bicycle would be fine. If you visit, walk down to the waterfront near the crossroads bar and you might see a big monitor lizard in the tree. Also I recommend a little trip to Koh Lamphu which is a little island you can go around on foot or bicycle. Next to the entrance there is a little food market which opens at night. A perfect way to experience a bit of local Thai life.
