Surfers Century Oceanside Apartments

location is very nice and convenient (with free parking!), close to the beach not very clean, with tons of sand stuck between the sofa cushions; bunch of construction materials stored in the closets (eg. plastic boxes, unbuilt shelves, a pair of dirty socks.... and more) its more or less a self-served apar**ent so there is not much to say about services, guests need to clean everything up (including washing everything, taking out ALL the trash to basement floor prior checking out), which i think is acceptable considering it being self-served; i did clear away and clean everything up before checking out but my only concern is, dont force guest to clean their stuff away when the apar**ent itself is not clean (with sand and construction materials, socks) NOR INSPECTED before checking other guest in, or at least should let the guest know... facilities were nice, with pool, jacuzzi, bbq area...

房間不錯，很大，確實有點舊了，但很乾凈，有獨立的洗衣房。距離海邊很近，距離中心要走15分鐘。停車免費，有獨立的停車位。還是比較推薦的。

良いところ 広さ ベッドルーム2つ バスルームが2つ シャワーの温度と勢い WiFi環境優秀 気になったとこ 基本的にかなり古い 洗濯機をつかうとヘドロの匂いがついてしまう ついたらエレベーター工事で会議どころではないうるささ 個人的にプライスの割に満足度が低い印象

I honestly would spend a tad more & stay at a nicer place. I stayed here with my family & had a budget room & a nicer room, I couldn't tell the difference (not in a good way), except the balcony was slightly bigger? There was only one aircon in the room & it was in the lounge area. Both rooms had 4 beds, however only 2 chairs on the balcony? I personally do not agree with having to wash my own dishes, for the main reason that guests are not held to the appropriate cleaning standards, how am I to trust that the previous guest has cleaned effectively? I know this is becoming popular with accommodation but it is unhygienic & the whole reason I stay at a hotel is so I don't have to do these things. The room is not cleaned properly; behind the bin, blinds, bathroom, etc. There was hardly any water pressure & I couldn't shower when someone was using the ensuite shower, it was freezing. DVD player was missing a cord & had no batteries. $200 deposit for each room, meaning I was out $400 of my holiday money straight up. On the plus side, great location down the road from Infinity, etc. Across the street from the beach, awesome tennis court with racquets & balls in the cupboard, markets & restaurants down the road, Balcony faces the beach & is really nice. Self contained, comfy couch with cozzie blanket, Austar/Foxtel & nice dining seating. Washing machine.

We enjoyed our staying. The place was quiet. It was a great view. The feedback i would give is, please fix the doors as they are really noisey and locks broken. Fridge and amentities were up to standards.

Apar**ent had a great view but could use more attention to cleaning. Microwave and oven were dirty. Under beds had not been cleaned. Dust around all the lights in the bathroom, some mould in the shower. All doors were difficult to lock. Great apar**ent layout though and the view was incredible. Apar**ent includes all the mod cons you would require and the full kitchen was handy. Bathrooms were a good size as were the bedrooms. Unfortunate that there were two major construction sites close by which were very noisy early in the morning and through the day, but not the fault of the hotel. May have chosen elsewhere had I known about the close by construction. So it would pay to ask when looking for a place to stay. Staff were lovely and the pool and spa and sauna were wonderful. Very clean shared outdoor areas. We enjoyed our stay but we were disappointed that one of the toilets in our apar**ent was broken so we could not use it. Not happy to have paid for two bathrooms but only able to use one. Accomodation was very close to the tram which was wonderful.

Great place to stay. 2 bedroom apar**ent huge and spacious.A short stroll to the beach and all restaurants in surfers. Kids loved the pool and spa. Great friendly service, quick easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit the Gold Coast

Was a very pleasant stay. We requested a higher floor 26 and they happily obliged. Only thing we could fault was the checking in process outside of their business hours, which should be reviewed to allow future guests a more fluid process instead of relying on a guest to open the doors from the inside

Great location. property is very old and poor maintained. the first thing we did after arrival is to go out to buy rubbish bag. floor is very sticky…room has a strong curry smell which took couple of days to go away. below average other than location.
