Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The hotel boasts clean and nicely appointed rooms, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment after a long day of travel. The highlight for us was their restaurant, which not only served delicious food but also maintained high standards of cleanliness. The bathroom in our room was spotless and well-maintained, which we always appreciate in a hotel stay. However, we did encounter an issue with the availability of warm water. Despite the prompt response from the hotel service team, who tried their best to fix the problem, the issue unfortunately remained unresolved during our stay. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly detract from the overall quality of our stay. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were up to the mark. For anyone traveling through ambikapur and looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay, we would recommend hotel avalon inn. Just a small note to check on the warm water situation before settling in, but aside from that, a very satisfactory experience.

I booked deluxe room but the room was too stinky and also as mentioned on the app that the deluxe room has king size bed but there was only queen size bed available. When i told receptionist to change my room he said that there is only executive room available right now but you have to pay extra amount + gst on it. Also i order burger and fries but after some time they sent me sandwich with fries and told me that they don't have burger available right now. They should have tell me the same thing at the time of taking order. Poor service.
