Nice clean accommodation with off street parking & refitted new en-suite Bath /r. Only gripe is too early 10am checkout

Very comfortable room.

During the check-in day, the keeper told us our room was not ready although it was 18:00 already. When we learnt that he was the only guy to complete all house keeping for more than 10 rooms. We understood and waited for him about 5 mins to complete remaining jobs. The room was large and the cleanliness was in acceptable level. My son felt itchy after sleeping and he fortunately recovered soon. We appreciated that the hotel offers breads, eggs, bacon, apple juice, etc. for customers to prepare their own breakfast. From my point of view, I would still recommend this accommodation as its charge is not high while offers foods, free parking, and big rooms. On my leaving day, I observed that there was another assistant to complete house keeping jobs. Hopefully, the management will understand the harsh working environment and employ more staff to keep the service standard.

Cann't cancel the order within 5 minutes after just place an order,it is rubbish service. I haven't checked in. The money let you to meet 😈 evil

Very nice stay, was already 2 times I be there and I like it. Just was too early the check out 10 am!!

The hotel is located close to bus stop and metro, rooms are cosy and bed are comfortable. There are a lots of shops and restaurants around

There is no air conditioning, you need to climb stairs, parking is limited, and you need to go outside the residential area to find restaurants and convenience stores.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, with a subway, supermarket and restaurant just a few minutes away

Originally booked a room of 18 square meters. 11 days, but the goods were not shipped after check-in. Only 16 square meters of rooms were provided. The room I booked was completely different. The price was different. There are elements of deception. I hope the hotel can improve. There is another problem with the door lock·Reminder to be careful when booking a room·Unpleasant trip😫😫😫Never look back
