The room looked exactly as advertised (which can be rare these days). Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice leafy outlook of the canal. The front desk was nice and helpful.

老闆手裡不止一處民宿——古鎮大大小小的房舍大都是民宿。預訂頁面上那些令人眼花繚亂的古風名字和房型描述——不太重要，你入住的也未必會是原定的那間。話説回來，入住時間段也頗有門道——如果你有旅遊通卡或者是老年人等免票羣體就不用在乎了，隨便什麼時候去都行（但天黑後沒有從地鐵站到古鎮北的班車了衹能打車）。説回房間本身，設施有些不必要，有些需要檢修下，總體還是可住的。裝潢上就是常見民宿的那些，或古樸或國風或小清新。難免有些小蚊蟲但問題不大。管理人比較勤懇，雖然員工並不多，有問題的話呼喚也會積極解決。最後建議 如果單身女生入住，不要被一些言行影響，眼耳鼻觀心，走大路即可。

Room slightly smaller than expected but cleanliness is good. However the design of the shower room has gap under the door, have to be very aware if not the water will be flowing out and caused the toilet very wet. Is a family business and they took good care of us. Location wise is within the tourist spots but traffic is a concern as your Didi taxi may not be able to travel into the guesthouse. Overall is considered good.

We love this hotel , one of the best locations on shantang Ancient water town in Suzhou Surrounding by shop ,restaurants middle in tourist attraction when we inside hotel room very quiet , clean and so comfortable especially with the bed we’re sleep so well just step out from hotel we find ourself in lively most beautiful ancient town in Suzhou and beautiful both day and night We walk around this ancient town day and night without boring , best area and best hotel to stay in Suzhou with reasonable price We wishes we have time to stay more , highly recommended to everyone Thank you for all staffs they’re lovely and very helpful Free selfservice with washing and dryer that add more beutiful service for this hotel We will come back again if we come to Suzhou in the future

The hotel is nicely located in the old neighborhood of Suzhou, the place itself looks nice and cozy. People working in the hotel were super friendly and tried to make our stay as comfortable as it was possible. Thanks a lot for everything! Our room was cold and we were moved to a different one. One thing that was shocking to me, there’s no a door to the bathroom (there’s a curtain which separates the room from the bathroom) I think that for some people it might be important to be aware of this fact.

Great stay! Very very good service from the young chap. Located inside scenic area where no cars are allowed so called hotel to pick us up. We were surprised to see the cart coming to pick us up. Hotel is newly built in June 2024 so place is very clean. Nice garden view and free Hanfu use. Only downside is that we booked 2 rooms, one room was bigger than the other. Shower area also a little small. Other than that everything else was satisfactory. Especially the young man's service. Recommend 10/10!

The hotel is a timeless beauty. Our stay at the floral hotel was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Looking forward to returning next year during the Chinese new year to experience all the ancient town has to offer! The amazing service from the darling woman at reception was blissful.

A very beautiful space. We booked the garden room and a loft room. Although we were on the top floor and there were stairs to navigate, the owner was very helpful in helping us bring up some of our luggages. We arrived late at 8pm and had a lovely platter of pastries and fruits. The heater and bathroom facilities was awesome especially for a cold day when we arrived. Everything was neat and clean. It's in a quiet residential area, and once we got familiar how to navigate the place, it was very convenient to go to a sheltered bus stop to catch a Didi. We really enjoyed our stay and the beautiful rooms and space. Would love to come again when we visit Suzhou next time!

The complex has a beautiful Chinese garden in the court yard which lights up at night. The complex is very relaxing and serene and my room was absolutely beautiful. Huge room and the bed was so comfortable and has everything you need. I didn't want to leave. My stay was made extra comfortable as the young lady Eileen went out of her way to help out with a number of things, she is so kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice to be in the middle of the old town. Quiet corner even though the streets are busy. Great to have a bathtub in the room. Owner is very friendly and helpful and extended a little for my check out time. Recommend to try if you want to be in the middle of the beautiful Watertown.
