Xingle Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

This is the exact type of hotel I was looking for! I came with no prior knowledge or experience to Suzhou but the location of the hotel was perfect to just walk outside and be able to explore. All of the most important sights and many restaurants are within walking distance and the employees were always kind and helpful. I especially liked the baked goods, coffee and non-coffee drinks they sold on the ground floor. Sometimes I needed to work from my room and this was no problem at all. The wifi was good and the space was quiet enough to be able to concentrate.

amazing value for money! less than 30min metro from the train station, and only a few stops from pingjiangroad and humble administrator’s garden, so a perfect location for a day trip. i was very impressed by how cozy the room was, usually for around $15-20 hotel rooms are very basic, but i thought the room here was very clean & comfortable! there is a bakery in the reception with different baked goods & coffee available, which was perfect for breakfast. the staff is also very friendly and helpful! definitely recommend!

Level 1 is a bakery shop. They provide some snacks upon check in. Efficient and helpful receptionists. We enjoyed our stay at their place as it is accessible and convenient to travel around!

The location is convenient. Walking distance to rail transport station, pingjianglu and guanqianjie.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, made even more memorable by the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. During my visit, I helped translate and communicate between a foreign guest and the staff, and as a gesture of appreciation, I was generously given a room upgrade. That thoughtful act truly stood out and set the tone for the rest of my stay. On the day I left, it was raining, and the male staff went the extra mile to help load my big luggage into my Didi. That kind of care and willingness to assist made a strong final impression. The location is another big plus—it’s conveniently situated near several attractions, making it easy to explore the area without much hassle. One of my favorite features in the room was the projection screen setup. Instead of being limited to standard TV channels, there was a curated selection of dramas and movies available, which made for a cozy and enjoyable viewing experience. I also have to mention the smart toilet—it came with automatically warmed seats, which was a surprising touch that I quickly grew to appreciate. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay with excellent service and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely consider coming back.

First time here, hotel is clean and staff are helpful, they selling bakery at the lobby too. Location convenient and walking distance to train station.

Location very convenient, you can walk along the road to find many eateries, its not far from nearby famous street too, the staff is also very helpful during our stay

With family of four stayed here for two nights, 1.5m bed x 2, the room was spacious and clean. Although booked a non-smoking room, but on the second night when we returned back from outside, there was quite a strong cigarette smell in the bathroom. However, given the price and location, it’s still considered very good.
