The front desk lady was beautiful, cute, and gentle. The room smelled lovely, was spacious and clean, and had a stylish design. The environment was excellent and not noisy at all. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great stay! The service was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a good variety. The soundproofing was a bit weak, but overall it offers good value for money. Recommended.

Excellent! We booked two rooms and wanted them to be across from each other, and the front desk lady even upgraded our rooms for us! She also helped us carry our luggage upstairs, which was really great. She even recommended places for us to visit. The rooms were very clean, and all the toiletries were disposable. Highly recommend!

The best choice in the middle of Suzhou, in the pedestrian aerea, very very quiet and silent, few meters to the street for didi and taxi. Many shops, restaurants, street food.

Location is great. The place feels a bit smaller compared to the pictures but comfortable. Staff speaks little English but they are very helpful. The washing machine here is very good, there is also a place for hanging the clothes outside

The hotel located at the strategic place, good for food and shopping. Anyway, difficult to reach by car and you need to walk a short distance, inconvenient for big luggage. Also to consider as no lift in the hotel. Anyway, staff are super friendly. Love the cat they have.  Cleaning is acceptable but may need to further improve. Hopefully they can look into providing washing machine with a separate dryer as all in one seem not working.

location is very central, convenient to get to both line 4 and line 6. however, room is dirty (used tissue hidden behind door) and amenities was lacking (only disposable towel was provided). there was a projector but even free to air channels could not be viewed. would only recommend for the convenience

Helpful staff, perfect location. However hotel is just not equipped for winter. Water temperature inconsistent and tiles that were installed on bathroom floor were freezing, no effective heating in the room as well. Would not recommend this during winter. Summer maybe okay.

Staff is very friendly, good location, and clean room. I prefer cotton towels over disposable towels.

Nice and clean, very good place to stay to visit Suzhou. They extended our stay because of the typhoon, very kind staff.

Hotel is very good, overall. The hotel facilities are very clean and it has clearly been recently refurbished. It's conveniently located in the modern city centre, around 15 minutes from the nearest Metro station. None of the staff that I encountered spoke much English, but they are very helpful. The Hanfu rental was great, and is highly recommended if you're planning to visit the Garden of the Humble Scholar or other historic sites around the city. I'd seen other reviews suggesting that rental was limited to one outfit per room, but myself and my travel companion were both able to rent clothes (note, though, that no male clothes are available). Xinxin the cat is also very cute.

The room was pretty nice, but no elevator. However the staff are quite helpful and can bring your luggage. They have many traditional activities at the hotel. And the Location is perfect!!!!
