Beautiful comfortable room & bathroom. Has free laundry & drying facilities. Location is convenient to visit main attractions in Suzhou.

The location of the hotel is very close to the shopping area and metro line 2 exit 2 chayuanchang. Turn left, you can see the elevator going up to the 4th floor and then meeting the receptionist. To eat on the 2nd floor of the hotel there is food selling.

It's a great hotel at a very affordable rate. Everything is 5star with a budget hotel rate. Chayuenchang metro is just downstairs!! Strabucks too. Branded shopping mall adjacent and the walking street with lots of restaurants. The lobby is on the 4th floor, with rooms on 4,5 & 6 floor. 4th flooor is the best as you do not need an access card for the lift. There is also an unbelievable cheap restaurant on the 2nd floor. Set meal (2 vege + 2 meat) with rice for just 15rmb. The reception was always keen to assist, accomodate us for an early check-in at 12 and also upgraded one of our room. It had beed a great 2n stay. Will definitely stay again if return to Suzhou.

Centrally located. Very close to underground train station. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended

Happened that the lift got issue during our stay, and there’s no other lift we need to climb the stairs to 4th floor to lobby and 6th floor to room. The stairs is old and not maintained, lighting very bad too easily fell down without touch light on phone, scary as well. The tour offered by an uncle at lobby quite worthy, need to check whether there’s any additional fee we need to expect before joining the trip too.

No window but comfortable. Sleep well, just bathroom a bit smelly due to rainy day few day ago as informed.

Veery disappointed. Room has mosquitoes, couldn't sleep all night. Cleanliness needs to be improved

Location is good, right beside subway station. Night staff service is not great. Cleanliness of room is arguably bad, dead bugs on wall and ceiling.

I ordered family room but they only have 1 family room and already booked by other , so they gave me 2 small room with small size bed for 5 people , if they only have 1 family room , why i still can order family room in my reservation booking ? , it should be sold out 🥲 , it' s so disapointed ... they give me small room with no window n small bed too ... other than room the service was very good , especially the lady n the man in the information was very helpful , they help me about my package from tao bao that hasnt arrived .. thank you !

Excellent location, just few steps away from subway and bus station. Friendly staff and excellent customer service Hotel room is nice! Will book this hotel again when I visit Suzhou in the future!!

I had stay here for 2 times and would love to be recommended for everyone who like to enjoy shopping and walking to the ancient street near by just for few mins…!

The receptionist warmly welcomed us. She was amazing trying to show us places to hang out and good restaurants. I was very impressed with her when we checked out, she gave us extra mineral water. The hotel room are nicely decorated. Good location !!
