THE AIR CONDITIONER NEEDS TO BE ADVANCED OR FIXED！！！ Right now is summer and the AC works so slow… so it’s hard to stay in the hotel room cuz of heat… apart from that the rest are pretty much okay. Worth the money tho

It’s ok if stay 2-3 nights overall good like staff service they tried to help even can’t communicate by English but they willing help clients, room suitable price which you pay. Breakfast good like general Chinese foods but staffs in breakfast room very good they checked which foods finish then filled if they’ve spare also smile always even they busy. Only location that not good it far from nearest metro around 1.9 km.

Cost effective and clean. Staff are friendly and do their best to assist where help is needed, even with the language barrier. 😊 called us back to let us know that we forgot a valuable item 😀.

Convenient location. Taking city bus #733 to Tongli historic town is easy, about 30 minutes ride and cost 2 Chinese dollars. Front desk provided good customer service. Room was clean.

High-end wall, central air conditioning, 52-inch TV, people who often travel for business should understand. This Suzhou Jinjiang Star is a must-see when I come to Wuzhong. The price is really reasonable and in line with the folk customs of Jiangnan Suzhou.
