The front desk lady had a great attitude, all the hotel staff were very friendly, and the facilities were excellent. It's right by a subway station, so transportation is convenient. I had a comfortable stay and will definitely visit again.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patiently answered all our questions. The hotel was very clean, the soundproofing was excellent, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommend! And the breakfast noodles were delicious too!

The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for both work and relaxation. Hot water was plentiful, and the bathroom area was clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out were quick. Definitely my top choice for business travel.

The room was quite clean, and the king-size room wasn't small. Being on the seventh floor, it was also pretty quiet. The service attitude was good. Just a heads-up, this is a different hotel from 'Fili Select' across the street, and this one has a larger lobby.

Easy to check in. Very Friendly staffs. The room is clean and spacious. Booked 3 rooms for my families. Will book the same hotel again if I visit suzhou.

The cleaning was very inadequate, as you can see from the pictures. There was also a lot of dust. I stayed there for several nights, and each time it triggered a cough. My trachea is sensitive. Damn it!

The hotel is conveniently located near Suzhou Railway Station, accessible directly by Metro Line 2. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the station, making it easy to reach various popular attractions. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, and the staff are very welcoming. There's a RT-Mart supermarket and many restaurants nearby, making dining easy.
