Easy to check in. Very Friendly staffs. The room is clean and spacious. Booked 3 rooms for my families. Will book the same hotel again if I visit suzhou.

Suzhou also has license plate restrictions. I originally chose a hotel near the tourist attraction, but there were restrictions on non-local vehicles in the area, so I chose this hotel. The high floor has a good view, self-service laundry, parking at the door, and breakfast is also available. The only problem is that the elevator seems a bit hot.

The room is in good condition, comfortable and has convenient transportation.

The hotel is close to the subway station, and there are some fast food restaurants and RT-Mart around, which is quite convenient. The room is large, suitable for a family of three, and warm tea eggs are also provided in the evening, which is recommended.

The service at this hotel is truly terrible. We arrived at 3:30 pm, and were made to wait for over half an hour to check in. The hotel environment is okay, but the management is utterly chaotic. When I was leaving at noon, I left a piece of clothing at the hotel. I called the front desk, told them the time and room number, and even told them I'd forgotten it hanging in the closet. The front desk said I'd ask housekeeping, but they couldn't answer me that day. I called again the next day to ask if they'd found it, and they flatly said no, and told me to look for it myself. We'd already confirmed we'd left it at the hotel; it was hanging in the closet. The staff are truly terrible. I suggest the owner train them properly. I'll never bring friends to this hotel again.

The check-out service is very good. There will be mineral water, self-service coffee and juice.

Very close to the subway entrance, next to RT-Mart, KFC, McDonald's and Luckin Coffee, very convenient for travel, the hotel is very clean and big, I will come again next time
