Ulasan Suzhou Traveler-Inn Gusu Hotel

This hotel is very friendly, the receptionist named Sima supported us very enthusiastically, the rainy weather in Suzhou she gave us an umbrella. The bedroom is spacious with reasonable cost.

Great location in the Gusu area. Very close to a shopping street and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Rooms are what you can expect for the cheap price. Service was great.

There are some health concerns. Mould growing from the walls. Dampness seeps in during rain. Can be very dangerous. Staff is friendly. Hope they can pay attention towards the old rooms.

Smelly rooms, beddings weren’t clean. The receptionist doesn’t behave well.

Courteous and helpful front desk lady. I was upgraded for free. Conveniently located.

Stayed here, best value for your buck, we only wanted a bed to stay as we were just visiting the city. Good value for the money

The location is very good, you can get around with the bus or walk around to the town. The staff was very kind and helpful. Thank you to the Assistant Manager Ms Sima for helping me and assisting me throughout my stay at the hotel. I could also leave my luggage free of cost for 24h after check out and pick it up later. I really liked the staff but the room I got was smelly at first but Ms Sima changed it for me and was very helpful.

Spacious room, good facilities and friendly staff

設施非常老舊，完全不隔音。前台服務人員素質較差，聽到好幾次她説：我們沒有這個，沒有那個，如果不接受，網上訂的可以退掉。那客人大老遠的過來了，就是一句輕飄飄的你退掉好了嗎？

算是老城區吧，這個酒店挺老的，地板馬桶洗手枱都老化磨損，看房間設備得有20年基礎了😂但是房間還是比較乾淨

酒店比較老舊 不過很乾凈 服務態度很好 免費從大床房升級到了家庭房 房間還算寬敞 窗外綠化還不錯 離地鐵站稍遠 建議搭配共享單車

老牌正規賓館，有年頭了，在市區的衚衕裏，非常安靜，園林式賓館，環境不錯，有停車位。前台服務員張娜娜熱情幫我們介紹周邊景點怎麼走，周邊都有那些美食，非常感謝。屋裡床品乾淨，屋內無異味，性價比很高，就是床墊偏硬。

中旅集團旗下的國營酒店，設施比較老舊，總體來説還行，酒精店衞生還不錯。 出門左轉走兩百多米就是十全路吳衙場碼頭，坐遊船很方便。路口還有511路公交車去木瀆古鎮。 出門右轉不遠有公廁可以上蹲坑。 周邊到地鐵站很不方便，最近的地鐵站都要走十多分鐘。 房間用的衞生紙還是心相印的，質量不錯。 酒店到網師園、觀前街走路半個小時就能到。 缺點：一、家庭房的床太矮了，衹到成年人的小腿肚這麼高，而且特別軟。二、廁所門很奇葩，不知道是哪個小可愛想出來的給廁所裝穀倉門，縫隙都有三指寬，拉大的都怕污染房間空氣。

前天的服務態度很好，房間很有風格，體驗很好。
