A very bad stay experience. The sound of the air conditioner was like a tractor, which kept me awake almost all night. I called the front desk and wanted to change rooms. The answer was that I wasn't sure if other rooms were quiet, so I could go and see for myself. It was already past 5 o'clock in the morning, and I really didn't want to go through any more trouble, so I told the front desk to forget it and I would just do it. In the end, the persistent front desk sent a robot to deliver the room card. The robot called and asked me to come out to pick it up. I really didn't want to move, so I called the front desk again to ask her to take the robot back. This time, no one answered the phone. In this way, the robot became more persistent and dialed the phone number in my room over and over again at 5 o'clock in the morning, calling me, calling me... until I collapsed and pulled out the phone line.

There is no window in the room and no notice was given. The bathroom sewer pipe and floor drain are open. I don’t know why. The smell is very strong. Hey... I have stayed in the whole season many times across the country. This is the first time I have stayed in such a bad hotel.

A shopping mall converted into a hotel, many rooms have no windows. I stayed in a zero-pressure deluxe double room, the most expensive room! As a result, it was so noisy that it was as if talking on the street was in my ears, and the car driving by seemed to be weighing on my head. The parking lot and shopping mall are shared, and the breakfast is very rubbish!
