I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The boss and staff were superb – they even walked with me to show me directions, explained things in detail, and recommended places to explore. They went above and beyond by purchasing local snacks for me after I showed them what I had researched, delivering them straight to my room. The hotel feels new, clean, and very homely. Its location is close to several points of interest, making it even more convenient. Good hospitality Friendly staffs. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Huge bedrooms & super king size bed is a plus point ! It’s nice to rest properly after a whole day outing. The guy manager is very smart solving my needs. This hotel is located in the middle of tourist town So it is very hard to get cab/taxi due to traffic congestion. However the metro is within walking distance. Great stay. Getting anywhere in Suzhou is very easy. Love the idea of they having 24hr laundry room .its definitely easing the stress of bringing back smelly clothes ( it’s really hot in Suzhou! & the immense sweats were horrible )

I have wrongly booked the hotel. My intention is to book the branch in Ping jiang road. However, it is also not a bad option to stay here. The building is new, very clean, laundry room with washer and dryer foc detergent. Just the room is quite small. Limited walking area on the floor with 2 x 24' luggage. Air-conditioning works well, cooling in very short time. Staff is friendly. The location is near to Humble Administrator's Garden. We take DIDI ( e hailing) to all the attractions, the DIDI fares is affordable (cheaper than Malaysia as they using electrical vehicle)

Excellent hotel location, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to attraction points and metro station. Satisfaction with room cleanliness, except the floor carpet along corridor were dusty due to external construction. Free snacks, ice cream at lobby and the tourist location map provided by hotel was a great initiative, provide accurate information to get to most of the attraction points of Su Zhou. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist on duty - 杨小姐， patiently assisted us on direction and transportation information, and thanks for the free gift to my wife. The only downside was there was a massive construction works outside of the hotel which was extremely inconvenience for people with big luggage to walk along the uneven alley to reach hotel (especially when there's an elderly people) , perhaps hotel may consider to provide concierge service with trolley to assist guest with the luggage from the main road to hotel, this will ease most the troublesome. 1. Hotel under renovation in the middle of the building, super unsightly (don't open window). Hopefully complete reno ASAP. 2. Location is very near Guang qian Jie (500 meters away), 2min to Leqiao Metro Stn, Suzhou (Jiangsu)Stn high speed rail 3 stops away from Leqiao metro stn.. 3. Customer Service counter and coffee bar - in - one (not seen before), breakfast so so...and small area. 4. 6th floor, 3 sets of washing/dryer machines, Free and comes with auto detergent dispensing. 5. Big room if facing the uncompleted garden, but can improve in cleaning the bed board, dusty... toilet glass door got gaps, so need to insert toilet paper to cover the gaps.

I just checked out the hotel 2 days ago. The location of this hotel is at Sujin Subway Station. Subway is 2-4 mins walk to the hotel and there is escalator. No worries if carry big luggage. Hotel is very new, clean and their breakfast is yummy. Provided Free-laundry services including detergent and dry cleaning. While waiting for our clothes, we have a drink at the coffee area. They provide freshly brew coffee, and 2 types of teas. Drink as you wish. Room is big with comfortable bed. Ask 小度 for help when we are lazy to close curtain, off lights, play us songs and …etc . Staffs are very friendly. Just ask them if need anything. One morning I was siting at the lobby, he saw me and served me warm red dates drink. It was cold outside. Hotel is one station from Suzhou Railway Station and 2 stations to nearby attractions like Lion Grove Garden, Museum, Shan Tang Jie and many more. It is very convenient. Too bad that something happened to the main power supply. They moved us to their chain hotel near Le Qiao station. Food wise, there is one restaurant next to hotel and Wallace burger n fried Chicken and a fried rice stall at the Sujin subway exit. But if compared to LeQiao hotel. There are plenty of food, convenient stores available even after midnight. Sujin area is very quiet and peaceful. LeQiao area is very happening but subway escalators are not available for going down to the subway. Have to carry my big luggage all the way. There is no lift available. Overall, I love both hotels. Excellent Stay at AnShe Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road Branch) I recently stayed at AnShe Hotel (Suzhou Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road Branch) and had an excellent experience. All the front desk staff, including the manager, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a technical issue with our room, and the hotel graciously upgraded us for free. The hotel itself is beautiful and very comfortable. It will definitely be my first choice if I visit Suzhou again.
