Hotel 5 Bintang Terbaik di Suzhou

Suzhou Wugong ialah hotel yang saya sangat suka. Saya telah tinggal banyak kali. Saya suka pengalaman tinggal di taman Suzhou. Selain itu, hotel ini mempunyai pintu menuju ke Kawasan Pemandangan Panmen yang terkenal di Suzhou. Nombor bilik pendaftaran tetamu hotel adalah percuma untuk memasuki Panmen Scenic Area, jadi Selepas tidur lena, berenang dan kemudian berjalan ke Panmen Scenic Area pada waktu matahari terbenam, kerana Panmen adalah yang paling indah pada waktu matahari terbenam, dan kemudian menikmati pemandangan malam Panmen dan kembali ke hotel untuk makan malam, selesa! Menara Ruiguang di Kawasan Pemandangan Panmen boleh dilihat apabila berjalan di koridor hotel. Pereka hotel telah mencapai pemandangan terbaik dalam meminjam! Selain itu, kakitangan perkhidmatan di hotel ini sangat mesra, dan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan di dalam bilik dengan halaman taman yang kecil! Lokasi hotel juga sangat baik, terdapat kereta bawah tanah berhampiran, ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Suzhou Guanqian Street dan beberapa taman terkenal di Suzhou!

Very good hotel, nice lobby and rooms, friendly stuff. I really liked the wall panel with Chinese folklore theme in the lobby. Breakfast corresponds to Hilton. Some inconvenience of the hotel's location is compensated by the great view from the window.

前台辦理入住的康權非常nice 對待客户態度很好 ；還有禮廳部的孫旻威小夥子 因為租賃自行車認識他 他非常細心仔細 發車前還檢查輪胎 給輪胎補氣，然後提前準備好開門 ，因此離店後特意寫了個表揚信給這小夥子 。給了我七星級酒店的服務水準。所謂細節決定成敗 非常喜歡這家酒店 😇😇😇

Amazing location to the jinji lake. Like the peaceful environment and delicious spread of breakfast. Room is also spacious and clean. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Very good Hotel and excellent location and great service staff. Special mention to Cici and Chloe who are very very helpful. Room does need an upgrade as some of the things are too old. Hotel is close to 20 years old and will undergo renovation but does not affect the staying experience. Will return to stay at hotel next time in October

我懷着一份感謝和驚奇的心情為蘇苑飯店點贊！ 我們15日下午入住該飯店，我們希望給一套視覺好點的房間，前台主動説給我們升級了景觀房，進了房間 ，景觀的確不錯。懷着愉悦的心情度過了一個夜晚。 第二天上午貝碧嘉進入高峯，我們發現回上海的高鐵已經停運，無奈衹能延長一天住宿。由於颱風，窗户有點小漏水，我們用毛巾墊了漏水部位，在申請延長住宿的手續時，順便説了漏水的事情，不料前台當即説給我們再次升級，給了一間套房以彌補漏水給我們的困擾。感謝之餘我們又搬進了新的套房，寬敞的房間將颱風帶來的陰霾一掃而光。 17日上午，我們的心情就像颱風過後的萬里晴空，順利的退宿以後便出發回上海了。 事情也應該是圓滿結束了，但在去火車站的出租車上，前台來電話説我們的雨傘忘了，希望我們回去拿。但由於趕車，已經來不及回去了，我們就説算了，不回來拿了。不想前台馬上説給我們寄來，高興之餘衹能説謝謝了！ 今天我們收到了蘇苑飯店給我們寄來的雨傘，意外的還同時給我們寄了好多禮品，再次説明是颱風漏水給我們帶來的困擾……。 啥都不説了，附上禮品的照片，再次感謝，感謝！

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

孩子參加小將比賽，所以我們也住在裏面。先説優點：房間面積比較大，有陽台，然後衞生間是三分離，有浴缸。然後泳池對一年級小朋友很友好，衹有1.1米深度。 缺點：我總共住了五晚（另外幾晚是從別的渠道定的），每天早餐一模一樣！！！我的天，作為五星級酒店，早餐説一週更新一次。我最後幾天真的啥都吃不下。所以早餐真的差評！！！！而且我住的這幾天，酒店生意很好，入住率高。早餐都這麼應付。然後打掃衞生的阿姨，特別搞笑，我們教練和小朋友在開會呢，她站在門口大聲説這麼多人我沒法打掃，怎麼弄啊，你們能不能先出來，讓我先打掃衞生？？？我服了！！！我們開完會等下就要出去踢比賽了，你不能等等嗎？晚個半小時再來，居然大聲埋怨我們，然後還説，那今天就不打掃了，然後就走了。這麼熱的天，不喊她換床上用品都不換的。喊了也猶猶豫豫的。 還有，衞生間淋浴房牆壁上（504房），估計是上個客人留下的雙眼皮貼，貼在牆壁上很多很多，估計打掃衞生從來沒仔細看到過。 其他沒有啥了。

Very handy hotel, easy to acces and flexible with booking. The location is good, easy to access and quiet. The room is clean. It's good price/reward place and fulfilled my expectation. I haven't had any breakfast.
